Holiday rentals with a patio in Delaware

Our family stayed here to celebrate the New Year. Conveniently located to Schellville Christmas Village, that was amazing. Close to Rehobeth, 10-14 min drive . Also right in the middle of outlet shopping, which the teens we were with loved! The condo was perfect, clean and just as described. We brought our dog and appreciated the development that we could walk her easily.

TJ has thought of everything. It felt just like coming home. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful while still being close to all the attractions.

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

Laura and Red's place is a great place for a weekend getaway. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at their cottage off the beaten path. Easy access to Coastal Hwy. Wish we could have taken advantage of the 16 mile loop bike path that is right across the street. Next time! The place is very private and very clean. We will definitely be back for a weekend.

Had a comfortable stay at Nick's place over the Christmas holiday. Nick is a friendly, and very responsive host. The house is squeaky clean with comfy beds, stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for a family of 4 ( or more) at an extraordinarily reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Kat was a wonderful host! She met me at her house at the agreed-upon check-in time and was quite cordial, patient, and helpful. As a first-time Airbnb costumer, these qualities were much appreciated. She showed me all the relevant aspects and amenities and quickly addressed all my questions and concerns. Her Airbnb was the perfect space and location for my visit, and I would gladly return.

We stayed here for one month. It was comfortable and clean. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, directly across the street from a park that has a great, paved walking trail.

Nice, clean house, clearly accustomed to a dog staying there. Towels and linens were nice. The the town was nice with a couple of places to eat in a beautiful library. The only issue is there is a chicken plant quite close so quite often. There were some awful smells.

We loved our stay at Nancy's! I didn't expect it to be half a mile away from the beach BUT trolley to the beach stops right in front of the house! We are big train and trolley fans so it was joy riding the trolley everyday to the beach. You can walk to the boardwalk too. It's about a 20 min walk if you want to get some walking in. The is a lovely family run owned Italian food market and bakery a 3 minute walk away. You can stop in the morning for an espresso and a loaf of bread or croissants. I felt European! Lol! We would definitely go back!

Since this was the second time we have booked, it’s obvious we are true fans! The townhome is sparkling clean and lovingly maintained. Our elderly, mobility challenged family member says she felt like royalty, between the huge master suite and the elevator. Our host, Leigh, made sure we had extra items on hand to cook a holiday meal, including a turkey roaster and serving platter. There are lots of spaces for privacy, if needed, though we had a blast visiting, playing table games and taking chilly, wintry walks together. At any time of year, we highly recommend Leigh’s place for a family or group, especially if the added benefit of the elevator will make a difference.

House was very cute and in a great neighborhood. We stayed for 2 months and we were happy that is was dog friendly. Close to the beach and good restaurants

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My guest and I really enjoyed staying at Dennis's home. His home is a perfect get away spot to relax, play games, watch movies, and cozy up under a big blanket. We are looking forward to staying there again! We also really appreciate you Dennis for accepting and accommodating our last minute booking request! Thank you for going the extra mile and making a great weekend possible! 🙂

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

Debbie was very easy to communicate with and the place was great, views were amazing. Furniture was comfortable and she had great information on the complex and the amenities. We brought our own coffee maker she had a Kuerig , we prefer drip. The place has all you need we were just two but plenty of room for more Thank you again.

This place rocked! Was looking for a quiet place that was bike-able to everywhere, and this was it! We never had to get in our car. My kids loved the pool. The bakery was the best! And the biking was epic! A perfect end of summer trip that all started with a clean, cozy, perfect-location place to stay!

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

James was an amazing host. He was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. My children loved the pool and walking the bay. The views were second to none and the location was perfect since it was minutes away from restaurants, stores, and Bethany beach. We will definitely be booking again!

Lewes is a repeat favorite of ours and we never repeat! Jennifer and Dan are generous and thoughtful hosts. They have the exact same tastes as our family in games and books! Every time you think, “where could that [insert item name] be?” It magically seems to be exactly where logic and intuition lead you. Loved the printed “welcome book” and well stocked “if you forgot” linen closet.

My daughters and I stayed at Nikki & Diana's residence the week of August 19. This place was immaculate and absolutely charming. We especially enjoyed the patio area, so comfy and cozy! The surrounding area is beautiful and scenic and conveniently close to restaurants and shopping areas, and only 3 miles from the the beach. To say the least, we were highly impressed with our entire experience and are planning to return. Nikki & Diana were very welcoming and promptly responded to all inquiries.
