Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kendal

Fabulous apartment just as described. Clean, comfortable with an excellent position for all amenities. Parking space is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to repeat.

The flat had everything we needed and we had a great stay. It's in a lovely location just outside the heart of Ambleside but all amenities are within easy walking distance (assuming hills are no problem for you). We found this to a be a great base to explore the Lakes and the owners are friendly and helpful.

John is a great host and his place was a real gem. Somehow hidden away but close to everything we needed to see and do. Would definitely stay again. Thank you John.

A large bright and airy flat, excellent location within a few minutes walk to the centre of Lytham. We took the restaurant recommendations and had a great meal at Bocco a family run Italian restaurant. It's a great base and location to explore the Fylde coast and beyond.

Our 3rd visit. As always the loft is a home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect location to explore the lake district. Will definitely be staying again the future 😃

Exactly as listed! This apartment is very central and well appointed. It was clean, comfortable and warm and communication was great. We appreciated the flexibility with check in/out times and liked the laundry facilities. Great base for mooching around Hebbers!

Simon's place was clean and tidy with a cosy, homey feel! We had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Even in the cold weather, the place was warm enough on mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic, only 5 min walk to the main street and so close many attractions. We couldn't get a parking space on the street, but as Simon mentioned the surrounding streets are also available. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a cosy getaway in the lakes.

We loved our stay it was really clean and had a homely feeling. We liked that the TV in the living room had lots of options and we felt safe with the secure locks. However not much to do in the area. Great place to stay though Thanks Dave

What a beautiful place to stay! Everything about this house was fantastic. The location was perfect right in the heart of Bowness with easy access to the lake, shops, bars and restaurants. Parking available for several cars (We had 4 but you could easily fit more). The house itself is just amazing with everything catered for all of our party which ranged from 21 to 80 year olds. The kitchen and dining areas are great and well stocked with absolutely everything you need. Plenty of space in the main living room for our party of 9 to all gather together. Bedrooms were all ensuite, well decorated and very comfortable. The games room with Pool table and hot tub was a great place to relax and have some fun, and the cinema room was fantastic. Great views from the balcony, up and down the Windermere valley. Communication with host David, was 1st class with immediate responses to any questions and a very flexible approach to requests. Would highly recommend and we will hopefully return.

Our third stay here. Spotless accommodation and great communication from Jamie. Great location also with just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Poulton. Would happily stay again.

The house was in a great location, close to shops, pubs and the canal. We always managed to get a parking space close by. We enjoyed our stay, designed to catch up with extended family from Yorkshire and Manchester. Beds were very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet, so a great night's sleep. The dog loved his morning walks by the canal. We had lovely meals at Stubbing Wharf and The White Lion Inn.

My second stay during February but this time i rented upstairs and downstairs as our party was bigger. The upstairs apartment is Even more special, with a beautiful, spacious reception room and lots of light from two big windows. The bedrooms are on an upper level. Everything well appointed and stylish. Very much at home here.

A lovely stay in Windermere. The house was in a perfect location to explore the Lakes. Margaret and Alexander were great hosts who were very helpful on arrival! My top tip would be to take photos of check in information as access to the website can be tricky until you can connect to the broadband in the house. The house was spacious and perfect for my family. Cosy to return to after being out all day. I look forward to returning to further explore such a beautiful area.

We booked this house as my Son will be starting work with BAE. We could not believe how close it was to BAE. The house was spotless and on a great link to the bus to Preston, just over the road. Morrisons shop, again 3 minutes walk away. There is a Pub next door but unfortunately was going through a refurbishment so we didn’t get to try the food etc. The garden was well kept as well. The only observation I can make is, it could do with bigger bath towels which on the whole was not the end of the world to us. Over all a great little house. We were very pleased with it.

We had a wonderful weekend at Kim’s beautiful house celebrating my friend’s 50th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with the additional en suites, spotlessly clean, well equipped and with quality furnishings. The location is perfect - quiet yet close to the centre of Ambleside. It was a treat to stay there and we’d love to return sometime. Many thanks.

Upper Mint Mill is a beautiful place to stay, we had such a lovely time there. The space is really well decorated and maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. It’s within walking distance of Kendal town centre (along footpaths), and worked really well as a base to explore other parts of the Lake District. Sophie and Mark were both friendly and super helpful.

Absolutely loved my stay. It had everything I needed and was pristine clean when I arrived. The location is good only a short walk in the centre of Kendal and lots of nice walks almost outside the front door. Highly recommend.

Lottie’s place was a perfect jumping-off point for exploring the Lake District, with a great coffee shop and excellent restaurant very near-by. Lottie provided detailed instructions about the place and lots of recommendations specific to our needs. The apartment is sparkling, spacious and tastefully appointed, and Lottie leaves extra touches like some snacks. I’d come back anytime I’m in the region again.

An absolutely beautiful apartment place within a 30-40 minute drive of so many cool places to visit. We had another reservation cancel at the last minute well after normal booking hours. Amy responded within minutes! Highly, highly recommended!

Great little cottage right in the centre of Hawes. Ideal for days out, walkable to the creamery and opposite local pubs. We visited with our 4yo and 1.5yo who are both confident around stairs, the kitchen is really well equipped and the shop next door has everything you could need.

Excellent location, with car park space. The apartment was spacious, warm and had everyrhing you would need. Highly recommend.

We had a great time in Carlisle and Les was a great host. The flat was lovely and comfortable for our family and Les was very quick to respond to any questiond we had - he even brought new batteries for the TV remote within about 15 minutes of us letting him know there was a warning message on the TV. The flat is walking distance from the castle/cathedral/town centre and right by a supermarket so is really convenient. We would definitely recommend it!
