Andrew and Ann welcome you to our beautiful Victorian age Bed and Breakfast, in the centre of Ambleside, The Lake District. We are situated in the centre of Ambleside, but off the main road. There are many fantastic restaurants and bars right on our doorstep as well as lots of the Lake Districts most scenic hiking trails. We do only have two room listed on AirBNB, so if you require more than one room or we are listed as being full then please do contact us directly. We hope to see you soon

Hale Green Farmhouse (Breakfast included)

Luxury ground floor en-suite super-king bedroom and private living room in Hale Green Farmhouse with full Farmhouse breakfast included. We are a family run Bed and Breakfast and pride ourselves on providing luxury and comfortable accommodation within our home and do all we can to ensure you enjoy your stay with us. You have access to your own living room and the gardens. We aim that you arrive as strangers but leave us as friends! Unfortunately this is not suitable for children or infants.

Grassington spacious B&B with incredible views

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

The Smithery Bed & Breakfast is in the heart of Hebden Bridge, a historic mill town in the Pennines. A characterful grade II listed weavers’ cottage by the picturesque Rochdale Canal and Calder Holmes Park. Beautiful barn conversion which is ideally situated for walkers and 3 Peaks Challenge adventurers! It offers 3 bedrooms in the main house and is within walking distance of the local pubs, café and train station and has its own private car park for guests. From April 2019 2 (dog friendly) micro lodges/pods will be added and are located in the walled garden area next to the main house, both with private terrace and bbq. Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave and sofa.

The rate quoted for 2 people is for double occupancy of one room. There is a cosy sitting room for guests with woodburning stove, lots of period features and antique furniture.
