Holiday rentals with a patio in Kemijärvi

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

It was a great place just on the outskirts of the main strip with an amazing view. Nice and quiet, just what we needed. The sauna was amazing and we used it everyday!

We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean and tidy. The check-in also worked out well and Alisa gave us super many helpful tips, for example about the place or possible activities. The apartment was also very well equipped! For example, there were spices or noodles, or sledges to use.

Very nice apartment, great location in the center of Rovaniemi. The sauna is a real plus in this cold country. The hosts are very nice and responsive in communication. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, well insulated from noise. The bedding is good. The apartment is in impeccable condition. We have very good memories of our stay. You can go there 😊without so much as a second thought. Thank you very much to the hosts and all the best.

Amazing stay - Sini is an amazing artist and has tastefully decorated the whole place. Gives such a festive vibe as soon ss you enter. It feels cosy - and you just want to chill at the place. Bathroom is clean, and well stocked. Kitchen is well stocked as well - loved the easy to make - hot chocolates at home everyday. Enough space to sleep - with good beddings. All in all great stay

We had a lovely time staying with five people! The large room with living room, dining room and kitchen makes the apartment bright and friendly. The desk on the upper level is ideal for working with a view of the snow. Everything important, such as garbage bags, toilet paper and dish soap or laundry detergent, were there enough. The highlight is the cross-country ski area, once located across the road! We will be happy to come back!

Very nice, new and clean accommodation, with fully equipped kitchen and ample storage space for luggage/clothes. Restaurants, travel providers (for excursions), shopping etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The host is nice and informative. The place can be recommended with a clear conscience. :)

We had a lovely stay in Rovaniemi at Mari's. We enjoyed the comfort and coziness of the accommodation and especially the sauna which was welcome in the evening after a day spent in the cold Everything was perfect, I would recommend this listing.

We felt right at home, our host Miika had left us some snacks and chocolate which was a surprise after the long trip. We felt very welcomed. The house had option to use sauna and we all had a great night sleep.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was not only sparkling clean, but also furnished with a lot of love for detail – you felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was exactly as described if not better. The host was extremely warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. We particularly liked the quiet location and the cozy atmosphere – the perfect place to switch off and enjoy. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

Good location, nice ambient

Wonderful accommodation with all amenities (indoor and outdoor sauna). Good location - absolutely quiet and secluded and yet in 10 minutes in Rovaniemi.

the accommodation was perfect, there were seven of us including two small girls and we had no problems of any kind. The house was very well-kept and clean, the spaces were large and comfortable, the location was perfect. Having rented a van we always moved around easily, we could reach the city in 5 minutes, the view was wonderful and the large windows allowed you to admire it even from inside the house. The large garden allowed the girls to have fun in the snow whenever they wanted, a few steps away there is also a playground. The house is a 10 minute drive from three perfect areas to go and see the aurora, the most convenient is perhaps Olkkajärvi Rest Stop, however if the sky is clear you can also admire it from the garden of the house. We couldn't have hoped for better!

I would like to say a huge thank you to MaRi for such a wonderful home and hospitality. The house is located a 45-minute walk from the city center. By bus, it takes only 5 minutes, and the ticket costs €9. The house itself is very cozy. Mari, as a host, is very responsive and welcoming. She replied to messages within minutes and was very understanding. If any help was needed, she was always there to assist. The house is very warm, the sauna is amazing, and everything is exceptionally clean and cozy. Thank you so much! I will be recommending this place to all my friends and acquaintances. I would rate this home 100 out of 100!

We had a magical stay at Villa Hanhi, so much so we did not want to leave. Everything was perfect, the interior was warm and cosy. My eight year old daughter loved the sleds provided and the walking trails. The location is great and feels remote yet less than 10 minute drive has you in the middle of everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I spent a night at Joni's place with my family. It was great . The location is very close to the main area..walkable. Near to market, shops, resturants. The apartment was lovely and was clean. Thanks Joni for hosting us..would love to come back to your place.

Teppo's place was exactly as good as it looked and sounded like on the page. The private sauna was a cherry on top. The location had several options for public transportation and was also close to downtown. A small but pretty well stocked grocery shop right across the street. Teppo himself was also excellent to communicate with. We had a great stay!

Beautiful house with two enormous living areas, and 3 bedrooms ... located in a residential neighborhood with a supermarket nearby, and bus to town (30 min walk). Many of the tourist activities in Rovaniemi also offer pick-up and drop-off. The accomodation has everything... big TV, fireplace, sauna - very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. All new and very clean... and well heated. Hannu is a very considerate host, responds rapidly with clear info and instructions. Would love to stay there again ... and longer !!
