Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kefalas

The Super Host title Menelaos holds is well deserved. Like all the guests who have stayed at this home we were given great tips and valuable information regarding Old Town Chania. The generosity provided us was one of a kind in terms of very useful items left in the apartment. Watermelon, mango, a great many oranges, apples, peaches and lemons, lots of wine, coffee, beautiful honeys, olive oils, nuts, pistachios, Asian mix and candy’s. Incredible. The washing machine does a great job and there is both a drying rack and a clothes line in the large back deck. The AirBnb description does not tell of the smart TV which allows many guests from many countries to watch TV and we also enjoyed the water filtration that is in the kitchen. I have severe food allergies so most of our meals were made at home and unlike most AirBnbs every possible gadget required to make good meals was supplied. We stayed a week and were quite sad to leave as we felt right at home in Menelaos’ place.

Excellent stay at Manolis. The residence is beautiful, peaceful, well laid out. Access to a shared rooftop with sea view to eat or chill. Balcony above the pool. The accommodation is a 10min drive from Rethymno. Easy to access and to park (which is not the case with the Rethymno!). Beautiful place to discover Rethymno and its surroundings and the southern beaches at 40min. We recommend eyes closed and will be happy to come back. And Manolis is so kind that it's hard to leave.

We would stay at Olga’s place again. Olga was very quick to respond and accommodating.

Our stay was super nice! The hallmark of the apartments is the view from the respective terrace - you have to see. Especially at the sunset. The room is cute, clean and equipped with the most necessary. The bathroom is tiny and only usable for 1 person at the same time, which was not disruptive to us. Jurga has provided a number of tips for restaurants and things to do. The only annoying thing for which Jurga can't do anything is the rooster from the neighbor, who crows every 15 minutes. If you have a light sleep and like to sleep for a long time, that could be disruptive. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is lovely! Clean, spacious, and very cozy with identity ! Elle is so very kind, sweet and very available. It was a great experience staying there. The area is lovely and my favorite bakery is right next to the building. Very recommended ✨

Our group had such a lovely time exploring Chania with Maryellen’s beautiful basement/backyard unit as our home base! The view cannot be beat! We made it a point to always make it back to the space so we could relish in each sunset from the comfort of the back patio. =) Despite being perched high above the town, the location is convenient to Chania’s old town / harbor. We found ourselves walking to town each evening for dinner and drinks, then cabbing back up the hill for only 12€ or so. Convenient to both the city center and airport, yet quiet and secluded. The space met and/or exceeded our expectations in every way. Photos are true to form, but the feeling of the space inside and out can only be appreciated through experience. Greatly appreciated Maryellen’s warm midwestern hospitality, quick responses and eagerness to lend her local tips! We took her up on many! Chania was the entire group’s favorite stop, and Maryellen’s space played a big part in that! Would recommend!!

We had a lovely time in Chania, unfortunately the time went by far too quickly. The apartment is big, very clean, well equipped, we felt very comfortable there. It offers a fantastic view of the sea and the city. It is a perfect starting point for excursions or to explore Chania. The hospitality should be highlighted: the warm welcome from Tonia and she welcomed us with a typical Cretan dish and selfmade olive oil and raki. Mariza and her mother were very helpful and friendly hosts who had good tips and were available at any time. We would definitely high recommend the accommodation and would like to come back.

Great stay in a beautiful location with a nice walk along the coastline to the city. Conveniently close to a large grocery store. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, and the pellet fire added a cozy touch to the Christmas holidays. 5/5 stars

On our first day in Crete we arrived at Georgios’ place. And it felt right at home. Gerogios welcomed us with a smile and even though we were a bit late because of a misunderstanding, we didn't feel any problem. The rooms were big and pleasant, Netflix and ps for the kids, lovely balcony to sit in and feel the breeze, and the kitchen had all we needed. The location is amazing, just a few steps walk to a beautiful beach with clear calm waters and nice sand for the kids to play in. along the beach there are many options for small restaurants with sun beds. the town was also a lovely place to walk in. a great experience in every aspect. totally recommend!

Great place to stay in the heart of Chania! Everything is located at walkable distance. Free 24/7 valet parking 200m from Oreozili. Highly recommends.

A beautiful oasis in Chania! This home is absolutely perfect and has all of the amenities you would need during your stay. We had someone meet us on site to let us in and helped us with parking the car and luggage. Maria left us some delicious treats upon arrival which was the sweetest thing. The home is in a great location, walkable to all of Chania but far away from the touristy noise. Would recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful town. Maria also provides a guide for recommendations before you arrive to help plan your stay.

Amazing people, very helpful and great to be around with. Mixalis and his wife were very kind and caring and we had a great time getting to know them. Evelina was the source of all information, very responsive and friendly. When things came up she was very quick to respond and assisted us as much as possible, she also provided various tips on what to see and how to get around this beautiful place. The place itself was clean and beautiful, close to local cafes, shops and the old town. This will definitely be our go to place when we come back to Chania!

We recently had a 5 night stay at Maximo’s place in Spili. Looking back over our previous Airbnb stays, this was without doubt the best we have ever stayed in. The finish, hide end spec, the level of detail and generosity of what they had left for us was on a different level to what we have ever experienced. On top of that the balcony views and private setting made for some unforgettable evenings watching the sun set over the mountains. Late morning we were sent notification that the Villa was ready for us and allowed very early entry. There are a number of great Taverna’s in the village and it was a great central base to travel further afield. It was a great excuse to spend 5 nights in a lovely mountain village, which in the past we have always just simply driven through. We found driving to the car park next to the villa ok, if a little narrow. If you a little nervous driving through narrow streets i would recommend parking in the village and walking the route before attempting.

Fantastic, quiet spot that is quite spacious, warm, and bright. The kitchen and washing machine are a great bonus. The storm shutters make it so the bedroom is pitch-black in the middle of the day. Though it is slightly removed from the main strip, it is maybe a five minute walk away from the fountain. Perfect spot!

Karolina was a wonderful host. She was super helpful making sure that we knew how to use important amenities (air conditioning) and providing basic starter items for our comfort (coffee pods and tea, sugar etc.). We also got a lovely welcome package. The beds were clean and soft and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was outstanding and I really cannot say enough about how perfect the home was. This is a great place in a great location that is clean and well maintained with a kind and responsive host. Do it!

What a wonderful experience! That apartment is one of the brightest part of our vacation. It’s more than just place for spending nights during your vacation. It’s inspiring experience to be a guest at that fairytale house. I’m so grateful to Elina for her bravery to share it with us. Also we tried almost everything from Elina’s list of recommendations and discovered so many great places which are not so popular among tourists, but extremely good. And the last but not least is street parking availability which is way more better than in the closest to the sea part of city. I would like to come back, maybe in the cold season, to light a fireplace and immerse myself again in the amazing atmosphere of Elina's house

This apartment really was a highlight of our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay lovely - When we arrived there were fresh flowers, biscuits, Jams, butter, coffee, cheese, fruit and water! Made us feel right at home. Perfect location, quiet and very safe! Only 15/20 mins to walk to the old town, we love a walk - it’s right along the coast too! The area is away from the hustle and bustle so it’s nice and quiet, you can hear the sea, which is so peaceful! Overall, amazing! Genuinely the best host we’ve had!

Our stay in Chania's sweet ground-floor apartment was outstanding. The place itself is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is extremely comfortable. This was our first trip with our baby, and we had absolutely everything we needed—changing mat, crib, a small chair with a table for the baby to play, baby bath, towels, rocking chair, books, toys...we were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities provided, including after-bite cream for babies! We were also delighted by the owners' hospitality. Upon arrival, we found fresh fruit, wine, beers, refreshments, and delicious local sweets waiting for us. They stayed in touch, often recommending beaches to visit and activities tailored to our preferences. The hosts showed genuine care, always helpful and kind. We would love to come back if we get the chance. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! The apartment was new and well designed. Everything inside was perfect. The building also was brend new and it made the neighborhood look good. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes from old town and a very enjoyable walk next to the sea. We deffinitively had a great time. I would stay here everytime if i come to Crete again.

This was a good choice for us because we wanted a quieter area that was still close to the Harbor and had onsite parking, since we planned to drive a lot. This worked perfectly for us - a recently-renovated apartment in a residential part of town, away from most tourists, yet still only 2.5km from the Harbor. There is a grocery store and a bakery within 5 minutes walk, lots of other things within 10 minutes walk. Apartment is nice and clean, communication was easy. Washing machine was a nice plus. We would stay here again.

My wife and I had a magical time staying here at Geo’s listing. It had the most amazing views, it was serviced like a hotel, it was spotless and it felt so safe. It’s in a very good location exactly as described. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Μανος has been a superb host. His responses were lightning fast. He helped out a lot with many recommendations and accommodating our requests. The property is well designed as you can see from the profile. We were a group of 5 and stayed in Μανος's 3 bedrooms' apartment. All rooms are en-suit. It is an exact match to pictures. The renovation has just been completed in Jun 2024 (as per Μανος) with a modern touch. Range of amenities was prepared which has been comparable to hotel standard. Location is king - It is close to both the Venetian port (5 mins stroll) and major shops, restaurants and cafes. The old market is also nearby. Unfortunately we did not have the luck to visit it as it has been under renovation. The whole group has had a wonderful stay at Μανος's place. We couldn't be happier to have stayed here during our 5 days' trip at Chania/West Crete.
