Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kato Alepochori

Our stay at the property was great! The place was very well structured, while the kitchen and living room were comfortable, clean and with a magical view. The host was always kind and responded promptly to anything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

We loved the stay and felt very comfortable. The oranges from the garden were very tasty and the New Year's cake we got made the year 2025 start well :-). We would definitely come back to the accommodation if we go back to Leonidio on vacation.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

We loved our stay in this lovely secluded cottage in a charming village - host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. What a treat to sit on the terrace and see the sea or in the garden and watch the stars.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain home! The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. The location is ideal, with traditional restaurants, a mini market, and a gas station all just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway, and we would absolutely visit again! Highly recommended!

A very nice apartment with good space and spacious balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. If you are travelling by car, this place is perfect with its closed parking in garage, and quick and easy access to the main highway and the bigger intersections in the Athens area. I would definitely book this accommodation again.

I stayed a month in Athens and had a lovely time, and it was no doubt made better by staying in this cozy apartment. The highlight is the balcony, I spent many mornings drinking coffee out there. It's also beautiful when the sun sets, with a nice view to Filopappou Hill. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen with all you need, and a small but functional bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in walking distance to lots of things. like Filopappou, the Acropolis and Plaka. There's several bus stops nearby, but the metro is more reliable and is also close by (Sygrou-Fix 10 minutes away, Petralona 15 minutes). The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, cafes and small interesting shops.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very spacious, ideal for large groups. Quite private, at least during spring months. Strategically located in the southern suburbs of Athens but also not a long drive from city center and other areas.

Amazing views. Spotless Clean and with everything you need.

Perfect place , beautiful views , peace, quiet, generally very charming place. The only drawback(not for everyone ) that there was no glass on one of the floors of the terrace, but only a barrier through which younger children can fall out, so you have to watch out, but with no reservations . It was beautiful ;)

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.
