Monthly Rentals in Katano

We stayed for 12 days.It was clean and we had a pleasant time as pictured.There is also a supermarket right next to the station, making it convenient.You can access Osaka and Kyoto without changing trains.If you don't have luggage, Hankyu Settsu Station is also within walking distance.I was able to respond quickly to questions and feel comfortable staying.The sound of cars coming and going and the construction work in front of me was heard in advance, and earplugs were provided, which was helpful.

Best experience I've had at an Airbnb, it felt like I was staying at a friend's place. Both Haruka and Max were extremely friendly, responsive, and even took the time to call out neighborhood events that were happening and warn me in advance when stores/restaurants would be closing for New Years. The place looked exactly like the photos and I want to say there were even more amenities than listed - anything I could think of was already there and everything was equal or better quality than things I've had in my own home. The neighborhood is extremely walkable. The train station is maybe 5 min away and anything else I needed was within 15 min or less on foot, including multiple grocery stores. I'm definitely going to check if their place is available if I'm ever back in the area.

Stayed for a month and enjoyed it very much - the location was perfectly situated between Osaka, Kyoto & Nara which are easy to get to by train, and also very near to Hoshi no Buranko and other hiking trails that are beautiful to do in autumn. Masako was very friendly and responsive, and the building manager was also helpful and prompt. Train stations, supermarkets and convenience stores are a short walk away (15-20 minutes), and the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet.

Satsuki's place is exactly as described. The host is very available for questions or clarifications, and in his/her place you will also find a WiFi pocket that you can use for free if you need it. The place is about 10 minutes from the Kami- Shinjo stop on the Hankyu line. There is a karaoke underneath but you can sleep peacefully, I have light sleep and I have always been able to sleep (it's the first thing he asks you when you book). If you want a good compromise to stay in Osaka a little, your place could be at the house.
