Holiday rentals with a patio in Katakolo

We had a wonderful time and felt completely relaxed at Nikos' home. The house is luxuriously furnished and impeccably clean, making it a place I would highly recommend to anyone. Nikos was not just a host, but also became our new friend in Zakynthos.

Very nice apartment. Well located to shine on the island. A few good restaurants to do on foot. Giannis helped us with the references for a vehicle rental, very much appreciated. Towel change and garbage collection done regularly. Only small downside, several chickens/roosters very close, they start singing a little too early 😆 But with earplugs, you can't hear them anymore. If not, our stay was perfect 😁

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

Great place in the area of planos ! A lot of traditional restaurants and really close to a beach. The terrace was really nice ! Maybe bring you some earplug cause there’s some noise in the neighborhood and from the airbnb on the other side. If they are talking on their terrace , you ear their conversation while you in bed aha. The cleaning lady was also very friendly! I recommend:)

A nice walk to the old town with loads of amazing recommendations from the hosts - everywhere we went was incredible. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any queries. The lush orchard and enchanting garden 🌿🍋, filled with fragrant herbs and blossoming bushes, made it a peaceful retreat – truly a feast for the senses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, even for a stay with a small baby. The family is incredibly kind and always ready to help if needed. The house is situated in a beautiful location in a small village, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. To top it off, the owner even brought us fresh vegetables and fruit from her own garden. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and hospitality!

Villa Seva was everything we look for in a villa for two. The location is stunning, perched on a hillside, with no overlooking buildings and a stunning pool. Beautiful sea view and total privacy. Nansy lives in the house behind with her family, and was always only a text away if we needed her. But left us to ourselves during our stay. The villa looks great in the photos - but in reality its even better. It's one of the most stunning little villas we've ever stayed in and we'll be booking it again next year, we hope. Nansy's family also owns a local restaurant Madrakia where we ate the first night - and another two nights - as it was just perfect. There are also some other fantastic restaurants Nansy recommended. We loved The Old Windmill. There's a number of nearby beaches, all of them beautiful. Kremidi beach, about a 5 minute drive was particularly beautiful. Not much to do in Agios Nikolaos, it's a very small place. But that wasn't a problem for us. We loved our stay at the villa.

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Everything was great! For anyone who wants to vacation and really rest George's house is just what he needs! Everything is very close, especially the great beaches in the area. Recommended!

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

Beautiful apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, which made the hot nights bearable for us. Check-in was about tedious: I had to ask for the information myself when I was at the front door, and then the company wanted to send me a video, which didn't work out. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (barrier-free) with a view and balcony to the east on the mountains, or also to the sea. It was extremely clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster - all there! The owner helped us in between due to an issue with the wifi, which should be finally resolved after we moved out.

Quirky and charming. Great location for the archeological zone

We had a great time at Dimitris's place. The accommodation is clean and recent: cozy living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need and we who also like to cook it was a real plus, bedroom with good bedding and storage. it is also well located, a short walk from the central square of Chora ( restaurant, shops...), 5 minutes drive from the Palace of Nestor and 20 from the beaches of the bay of Pylos. Dimitris is also very responsive if you need him and accommodating for checkin/checkout If we are passing through the region we will come back to Dimitris with great pleasure

The apartment is beautiful and spotless. It was absolutely perfect for a couple to come home to after a long day. we loved having 2 terraces to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Also very convenient having a washing machine after a 3 week journey too! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stavriani's place. It was so clean, modern and comfortable. The host was really friendly and great communicator. She gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and taxi company. Would stay here again if returning to Kalamata

We spent 6 wonderful days in Zakynthos in a home perfect for our needs. The accommodation consisted of two rooms, both equipped with a private bathroom: the first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a comfortable double bed. The house was extremely clean and well cared for, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. The large terrace overlooking the sea was the real highlight, where we spent unforgettable evenings. The service was excellent and the owner was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Zakynthos!

The view from the apartment is scenic! The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host is friendly and responsive and helped with all my questions and queries. And he was also able to accommodate my early check in which was much appreciated.
