Holiday houses in Kashid

Villa Rustica had been on my wishlist for a very long time. I finally managed to book it for the 2nd weekend of Feb. I stayed at this place with my family and my dog. As soon as we entered the property, we felt right at home. This property is much prettier than it is in the pictures. The aesthetically decorated house is chic yet warm and comfortable. The sprawling lawn with the beautiful coconut trees facing the pristine Nandgaon beach is where we spent most of our time. My dog couldn't get enough of exploring the entire property and wouldn't come inside the house. Also, the space geek in me was happy to see a clear sky and stargazed for most of the night. Vijaya and Pratibha, the caretakers of the house are warm and kind and cooked excellent meals for us. They are very thoughtful and take care of every single thing, no matter how small it is. The host, Rajan uncle is very friendly and just a call or text away. Overall, we had an excellent trip & will be back soon.

The place is exactly shown like in pics. If you want peace from your hectic schedule then must visit here. Food provided from multi cuisine restaurant was so delicious. Care taker Mahesh is so amazing guy. He guide us very well about places to explore and made our stay comfortable and memorable. If you have any query, staff solve it promptly.Over all great experience and pleasent stay at teakwood villa. Would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for hosting us. We were 4 families with bunch of kids and a pet and we had a lovely time in various cosy corners of the property. A big Woof! On behalf of our pup who couldn’t get enough 🐶

The listing is peaceful, walking distance from the cleanest beach in Alibaug. The team headed by Nivrutti is humble and polite. The most amazing home cooked food. We will definitely recommend and visit again.

The Villa is amazing , has a Portuguese feel to it, Big Pool, Lots of Palm Trees, Great food service , perfect place for family & friends. Good Host, Thank you for the stay.

It’s a bit challenging to get there, but once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. The place is incredible, packed with amenities, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The experience was amazing, and the highlight was watching the sunrise from the balcony.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradiso. Jitendra was very friendly and guided us to the place and beyond (with nearby places to visit) The property has been very well maintained and very clean. The interiors have been done very well and it gives out extremely positive vibes. Anyone planning to have a peaceful vacation, you must visit this. The terrace has excellent views and Awas beach is a 9-10 mins walk from this property

We had an incredible stay at this property! The place itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What truly made our experience special was our host, Ajita. She was warm and welcoming. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay. Can’t wait to visit again!

It was great stay from booking till checkout, everything wen't smooth. Host was very proactive and clear with instructions and was always responsive. The caretaker was very responsible and kind person, made us feel like we are at home. He offered us help whenever required on a single call. Villa is located at a beautiful and peaceful location and is easy to travel. The host helped us with various local travel information which was again very helpful. Good restaurants available nearby and had options to order food online as well. Great place to travel with family and friends. I highly recommend this place and wish to travel soon again with my family in future. Thanks to the Host and the caretaker again!! Thanks for making our stay worth remembering!!
