Very spacious Stay. recommended for group of friends. Seamless self Checkin. Car parking space was Best. Host was responsive all time for help.

Very warm welcome from the host. The host and is wife are supportive and present when needed. It is a very comfortable, spacious and recent apartment on the first floor of the host residence. All rooms have AC heaters which was needed in January in Agra since the night were chilled. Each room has a TV, the WiFi is fast and we enjoyed 2 movie nights in the living room. The amenities are plenty and technologically advanced, we did not use them to their full potential. The house is 40min taxi away from the Taj Mahal. The kitchen has the bare minimum to prepare breakfast and there isn’t any dining area. We will definitely share this house with the friends who want to come to Agra and need this size of accommodation. Thank you!

wonderful communication with the host. very responsive and very kind. be advised that guests staying here should have a basic understanding of how Indian flats work. The flat is stocked with space heaters and extra blankets for the colder season. additionally, guests will benefit from using the hot water in the bathroom's wisely by taking a standing bath with bucket and saucer rather than a shower so that the hot water lasts longer. foreign guests should know to turn off an on the geezer (hot water heater for each bathroom). guests should also know to turn on and off the drinking water purifier in the kitchen. having bread, jam, butter and the use of a toaster and microwave was very useful and recommended. parking seemed ample and the grounds were secure. check in was delayed due to housekeeping so make sure you communicate with the host appropriately before your arrival in case there is a delay and you need to store your luggage before settling in. would recommend this place!

There are very few places which feels like home and very few people who are good human beings! derran and fam are one of them! such special place such great people! would recommend this to everyone who wants to be at a place where you would exactly feel like home! you guys have my heart and this is going to be my place for every staycation at agra!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! While the road to the house is a bit challenging, it’s worth it once you arrive. The house is located in a secure society, providing a sense of safety and ample parking space, so you can relax without any worries. The smart lock system is a fantastic addition—no need to carry keys or stress about losing them. The house itself is spacious and exactly as described. The two bedrooms are beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and welcoming vibe. The kitchen is well-equipped, even stocked with masalas for anyone who wants to cook. The two large balconies allow plenty of sunlight to stream in, making the space bright and airy. The bathrooms are spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights is the location—just a 10-15 minute drive from the Taj Mahal, making it perfect for sightseeing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pavan’s place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and furnishing was great , in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed from 22nd Dec, 2024 to 1st Jan 2025. It was absolutely amazing place to stay. Best in class minutes, including 2 bathrooms, bath towels, shampoos, body wash, kitchen cutlery, gas stove, fridge, washing machine, dining table, android tv, AC cum heater….overall everything required to live comfortably without any difficulty. I highly recommend this place to stay.
