Family-friendly holiday rentals in Karapiro

Sharon and Chris were wonderful hosts and we had a beautiful and peaceful stay. The place was clean, warm and cozy, it became a home away from home, with beautiful views and well equipped amenities. The hospitality that our family received from Sharon and Chris was above and beyond our expectations, we felt welcomed and well attended to, and appreciated the handy info on local spots to see. My husband enjoyed his morning walk right from the front door and my two and a half year old son loved getting to know Kamal. We loved our stay and hope to be back there one day.

My partner and I loved staying at Melanie’s place. It was very beautiful and peaceful. We loved saying hi to the dogs and having a dip in the pool. Melanie was very welcoming and friendly. Unit had everything we could possibly need and it was a great space to wind down at the end of our trip. Highly recommend!

Bridget's place was perfect for our stay. In fact, it was our second summer holiday visit and perhaps not the last. the house was comfortable, super clean and had everything we needed. There are so many things to do in Raglan. It is great that so much of the action is within walking distance. Having a nice base to come back to and relax really made the holiday.

We loved the tranquil setting and the view off the back. The place was neat and clean. Will stay again.

Sue was very friendly and helpful, which helped make the stay very easy and enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable. I would be very happy to stay here again next time I'm passing this way.

It’s the wonderful and perfect place for three people to stay.

Megan’s home was comfortable for our stay with a secure yard for the dogs to enjoy. In the kitchen it was easy to find everything we needed to make meals. The location makes it walkable to Central and a great coffee roasters, Rocket Coffee Roasters (new gem). Hamilton is not the most beautiful or happening city, so it was great to have a cosy home with friendly neighbours, lush surrounds and shops nearby. Megan was responsive the whole time and checking in and out was easy. Thanks Megan for a nice stay. Would certainly book again!

Great location. Very peaceful. Loves the bird’s wake up calls. Beautiful surrounding. Great for walks during low tide and kayaking during high tides. Great waterfall and swimming hole close by. Plus a nice artisan bakery in Omokoroa!

Clare was a welcoming host with great communication. Lovely clean place and comfortable beds. Heap of board games etc on offer for rainy days. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Clare.

Yvonne's house is amazing. We hired and shared with some of our bridal party for our wedding. They said it was gorgeous and would love to come back again soon. Yvonne's comms was great, she is very responsive, helpful and thoughtful. We are very grateful. Thank you x

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Teresa and Peter’s place. Having a second bedroom for our 15 month old to sleep in worked out well. Teresa had kindly placed some breakfast items in the fridge for us and Denver the dog would constantly drop fresh avocados outside our door. The tree-lined driveway ushers you up a hill to the main house and detached apartment that has magnificent views over the countryside towards the Kaimai Ranges from the lounge and main bedroom . The large wooden deck is a great place to relax and take in the scenery after a long drive. Matamata has a good choice of restaurants just 5 mins away. I highly recommend this AirBnB. It is clean, modern, well appointed and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Thanks Mike and Janet I especially loved the pool and swam eCh day I was staying. The accommodation was comfortable with all I needed for my stay. The location was quiet relaxing and the check in check out and all communication was simple seamless all in all an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend

This felt like a private French cottage with all the amenities and strong Internet signal. Swimming pool and Maisey (sp?) the dog were an extra treat. Juliet was very responsive to all our queries, very patient. If you just want to get away, and breathe, this little gem is for you.

Had a great stay and Julian and Frances’s place. Communication was excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Bonus having the pool right outside the front door.

Beautiful home. House was spotless and pool was clean as well. Alison was very responsive and replied to messages quickly. When I asked her if I could invite guests she was very accommodating. TV is quite small though so this stay is suitable for people who prefer to spend time outside or the pool table is also a great activity. Bed is very comfortable and bunks are huge.
