The hostess is very welcoming and the whole check-in process is very pleasant!The room layout of the small single house is very chic, the bathroom is also dry and wet, it is clean and tidy, the host sister also came to meet us to check in in person, we slept very comfortably!!Next time I come to Kyoto, I will choose this homestay again!!

We really enjoyed staying at Yu place! It was a beautiful home in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood. It was close ro the train station also close to mini mart just down the road. The house was very cozy and comfortable. The host was super responsive, we are recommended Yu place for your next holiday to Kyoto.

Good location, easy access to tram, bus, JR Lots of things to eat too There's also a big mall nearby. All in all very convenient

The hotel at this time was very satisfied.Convenient transportation, clean room, and I like the decoration style. It is simple and modern. The necessities of life are very complete. The host also prepared free water and snacks for us, and told us about the local activities. It was very thoughtful!

This place was incredible. It was the last stop in our trip and we were very sad to have to leave. The space was so spacious, with the kitchen and sitting areas, to the zen garden and bathrooms. We always enjoyed coming back to this place. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to many things. It honestly felt like we were coming home every time. I cannot recommend this place enough. Next time we visit Kyoto, this is the only place I would want to stay!

The house is beautiful and large. Great for a lot of people. There is no main communal seating area but the two master bedrooms have lots of room with couches in them. You can slightly hear the BBQ restaurant next door but not too bad. Google maps places the location on the house located on the corner of the street. It’s not correct. Additionally, the “350” address is not located on the door or entryway so it was a bit tough to find at first. Overall a great stay. It’s a very nice, stylistic home.

There was a problem with the check-in tablet, but they responded quickly.The facilities were also beautiful, and we had a good time.

In the New Year, four families of 16 people rented the entire building.It was also fully equipped, and we had a very pleasant time.The children were very happy to use the upper level of the bunk bed one by one.They also responded kindly to various questions and requests.Thank you so much for this time!

It was very clean and the surrounding environment was good. There is an ion grocery store nearby, so it's easy to shop. Recommended for people who want a peaceful trip.

It’s a very traditional Japanese house with a big yard , just not easy for public transportation better with a car But can enjoy a quite local like Japan experience

Lovely place to stay and easy to find.

The location of the apartment is perfect for visiting the local attractions on foot and comfortable to have lunch on your own. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the bathroom is spacious and heated. Everything is tidy and clean and the proximity of the railway is not particularly annoying, we almost did not notice thanks to the comfort of the house. It was also great to have the dedicated private parking space available, for us who had rented the car, it was essential for us who had rented the car. Rose has always been very present both for the management of the house and to give us tips on the activities to do on site.
