During our stay in the first week of January 2025, everything was exactly as described. The host and his assistant, Vijay, were both wonderful and welcoming. The property is located 1.6 kilometers from the main road and is close to the well-known milk producer in the area. The rooms were clean, neat, and equipped with all the essentials, including toothpaste and soap. Every morning, Vijay prepared a delicious breakfast, and his friendly, humble, and helpful nature made the experience even more enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we felt well cared for, and they were attentive to our needs. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on! We did experience a couple of minor issues with hot water and drainage in Room #2, but these were addressed promptly. I’m confident that these concerns will be permanently resolved for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would highly recommend this place. One friendly advice to host: Send message to host with the landmark.

A perfect place to stay for a group of people who are travelling to Wayanad. The property is situated on a main location with accessibility to all basic needs and better proximity of other sight seeing spots. The host was very friendly and flexible to accommodate our needs. Recommended to try!!

Good private space, cooperative staffs and the host himself

The stay was amazing, and the rooms were excellent with an incredible view of Chembra Peak. However, the swimming pool was dirty, and there was no charcoal provided for the BBQ. After booking, the exact location was shared, but it was incorrect and led us to the wrong place. Please update the location on Airbnb to avoid confusion. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, the hosts were very responsive, and the breakfast was delicious.

This place has its beauty of it's own, the birds singing in the morning, the lush green garden and landscapes and most importantly the hospitality by Arun Sir was the best. Also, our best buddies Lucy and Happy made our stay outstanding.

The spacious layout of the homestay is just as shown in the photos, with well-maintained interiors that give a cozy, yet open feel. The bathrooms were well-maintained, which added to the comfort. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even going out of his way to arrange a bonfire for us on request. It made for a perfect evening under the stars. Beautiful property inside a huge tea estate. Very private and peaceful. The house is very well maintained and the architecture gives you a proper Kerala vibe. The caretaker Suresh was very accommodating to our requests. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast and they were all very good and priced very reasonably. Property is a bit far away, so try to get whatever you need for your stay. Try to spend as much time as you can within the property because there’s no other resort like this. Do call the caretaker for instructions on now to reach the property, don’t blindly follow Gmaps.

the property is very nice, good if you go in a big group as there are 4 big bedrooms. located in little interior, make sure you carry all of required medicines, as all shops are little far. it would be good if someone comes every day to clean the utensils and disposes off the garbage, we cleaned our utensils for 3 days. food will come as per your order from a restaurant, no home cook food as i experienced in other Air bnbs.

Had a great stay at this property which is managed by stayvista. The house is beautiful and in a quiet place. All the major attractions are within 3-4km of the property. I stayed with my family and the house had all the necessary amenities to aid our comfort. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place in the hills with all the modern amenities and at the same time surrounded by nature.
