I was happy with my choice, value for money/offer were at the same pace. I will choose this apartment ex novo in case it needs it. Perfect taxi service in the city and all the comforts are nearby. The host indicates with respect to the guests that he accurately offers the whole house to us, it would be the minimum to reciprocate with the same respect and leave it by the guests. I really appreciated the way I found it, I was really happy. Thank you Katerina to your parents for your availability .

We had a wonderful stay at Giorgos’s villa! Giorgos was an incredibly respectful, responsive, and professional host, always available to assist with any questions or needs. The villa itself was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ianos Maisonette is a hidden airbnb gem! The house is spacious yet cozy, and has everything a family could need. Our kids loved playing on the nearly private beach, which is just a few steps from the door. The view of the sea and mountains is breathtaking, the neighborhood is quiet and safe and in a few minutes walk you can find the more tourist area, perfect for kids and grownups. We once again enjoyed the easy walk to local tavernas and cafes, and we will definitely be coming back.

It was a beautiful place clean tidy warm with great spaces and all the modern comforts of an accommodation. The area is beautiful with lots of options and things to explore. Aleka and Antonis were the best landlords we have ever met. Always smiling ready to assist in any of our requests so kind and cheerful. We most definitely are going to visit again this beautiful place.

THE BEST AIR BNB WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN - the best hosts. We have never met nicer, friendly and more welcoming people. We couldn’t recommend this place more. It is magical. It’s so relaxing and beautiful. The best sunsets. Restaurants close by but best to have a car to get around!! We barely left the property though, because it had every single thing you needed. Thank you Irene and Nikolas for having us. We will be back for sure!!! We miss it already

Villa Demiris is a superb space, ideal for a group/family stay near Patras. It is equipped with well thought amenities, luxury finishes and cosy vibes. Its very secluded, in a quiet neibourhood with views to vrachaiika beach, and near many restaurants and cafes. Christos is an extraordinary host with excellent communication skills. He was always welcoming and proactive, and freely shared tips and local spots. We are very happy to have been able to book the villa and we look forward to coming again.

Great choice for anyone who visits Nafpaktos! In a privileged position near the coastal road with taverns and cafes. One of the cleanest rooms I've visited! Great!
