Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money.
