Beachfront holiday rental in Kaiuma Bay

Great location for exploring Abel Tasman. Opposite the beach and path to the start of the Abel Tasman trail. We loved the Park cafe for its chilled vibes and great food… ate breakfast and dinner there! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed with my adult kids and grand baby. We had an absolutely amazing stay at David’s accommodation! The home was set out well to suit all of our needs and had recently been updated. Access to the kayaks was an excellent way to enjoy the ocean and have fun together. Such a beautiful location central to heaps of local sites of interest, not to mention the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. Good comms from host - very easy to book and access. Would highly recommend and would definitely return, if in the area! Thanks again David.

Great house, great stay, great location

Great location and great spot.

A great holiday home, very comfortable for our family of 5 plus dog. Spotless clean, amazing views and I personally loved the interior design, just beautiful. Paton's rock is a lovely location, a quiet, safe beach, feels like you are away from it all yet just a 10 minute drive to Takaka. Would love to stay here again and for longer.

It was a wonderful space with the sea spreading out in front of me. If it was a clear night, I could see countless stars. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Ben’s summer Bach. Waking up each morning to a view of the bay can’t be beat. The location is close enough to access Picton and Blenheim for restaurants and cafes etc while still feeling secluded and tranquil. Each access to trails and a wonderful place to kayak around. The fenced yard was perfect for my pups as well.

The views were stunning and the location was not to far from Shops. The bed was absolutely amazing to sleep in, very comfortable. However it did get very hot with no air conditioning, we were abit restless. The steep pathway and narrow entrance was a challenge for me with bad knees but once inside the views were worth it. Also there was no wifi which was disappointing but once again the stunning views and watching the sting rays float by was pretty special.

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

This place was absolutely in the most wonderful setting and walking down the stairs to the expansive sea views was very special. The home is architecturally designed and has a lovely feel to it. What a treat to sit on the deck take in the views of the start of the Abel Tasman national park, then take a dip in the infinity pool and jump into the spa was magical. The pool and spa were very clean. Kitchen had everything needed to make food prep a breeze. Top end appliances make living easy in this stunning home.

A wonderful Bach for nature lovers as stunning scenery & lots of wildlife. The Bach was homely & clean & a great place to relax in. We loved the pool, really didn’t want to get out each day. Two easy walks nearby & a good drive to French Pass. One problem - it’s very hard to leave!

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying

Beautiful place and location, and Sally and Wayne are very welcoming. A cute little village with great restaurants and ice cream is just a short walk down the beach. I highly recommend this spot for anyone, but especially for people interested in sitting on the deck soaking up the gorgeous scenery !

We haven’t been to Nelson for possibly 30 years - this will be our go to place now for Nelson-and we are very keen to come back now after staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay- also the security, views, sunsets,and excellent introduction to the place with Rob was exceptional.

Best provisioned house we’ve ever stayed at . absolutely beautiful location. Only regret is that we hadn’t brought our grandchild with us. But it was a lovely spot for two people to enjoy the views and the weather and the peacefulness and lovely walks into Mapua and access to Abel Tasman Park. Emma was very responsive to every question we had. Would love to come back and spend more time someday. So sad to leave.

Great house! Plenty of space and you really can't beat the location. The serenity and privacy of Monaco Peninsula and a short drive to Nelson City, the beach, Rabbit Island. Plenty to do! If you're looking to get away from it all, and also have access to plenty of activities and day trips, this is your place.

All I can say is that I cannot recommend staying with Elva and Geoff in Aworoa more - thank you SO much to you both from the bottom of our hearts for the trip of a lifetime. My boyfriend and I both agreed it’s our favourite place we’ve ever been lucky enough to visit, and on top of that your kindness and care throughout made us feel so welcome, so comfortable and so at ease. Thank you for everything; from help with pickup and drop off, to activity recommendations and all of the all the extra effort made with thoughtful, additional touches in the cottage. Your warmth and generosity will be remembered forever, and the second we get an opportunity to come back, we will be.

just magical. spectacular long sunny evenings on the huge deck. breathtaking views. fun kayaks. abundant nature and beauty. we even swam in bioluminescence in the sea each night. amazing to be on the Queen Charlotte track so you can walk to a variety of beaches and furneux lodge. Graeme is a really welcoming host so you feel at home. getting there on the cougarline is an adventure in itself.

What a gorgeous place this is! It’s got such a lot of welcoming charm that makes you feel at home straight away. Helen had also put up a Christmas tree and put lovely decorations around the house. Thank you for going the extra mile and making it all so special! Ooh and great oven to cook Christmas dinner in!!

We had a great stay at John and Kim’s house, perfect for exploring the area or chilling in Mapua. Made good use of the bikes and the house was well equipped and very comfortable. Hope to be back.

We had an incredible stay at Lou’s place while celebrating our friend’s wedding! Lou was an excellent host and the place was clean. The views from the house are incredible and the outside shower is a nice touch as well!

We enjoyed our stay here. The view is incredible and we loved being able to access the waterfront and use of the kayaks. Margaret was so nice and was always quick to respond to any messages. The property matched the description and photos.
