Monthly Rentals in Kailua

I had an incredible stay at Tommy and Molly's cosy rental! The location was perfect—just a short bike ride to the beach and village center. The studio was cozy, with a private lanai that made it feel like my own little home. Tommy and Molly were lovely hosts, always friendly and eager to share local tips, making me feel truly welcomed. Having access to beach gear was a thoughtful bonus! Staying here allowed me to experience the heart of Kailua. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing stay!

Teale's place is a great choice for anyone interested in staying in Kailua. My partner and I spent a month, working remotely most weeks. We loved the location because we were able to quickly switch from working, to enjoying Hawaii. The house is a ~5 minute drive from Kailua beach, which is world class and has plenty of parking, and ~8 minutes from downtown Kailua. This area does not allow short-term stays, so being a month+ visitor grants you unique access to a more secluded beach town with plenty of restaurants and boutique shops (along with 4 grocery stores, target, etc). Exploring the rest of the island during our stay made us appreciate it even more - it is a very special town! Teale and her family are incredibly friendly and provided us everything we needed! The photos & listing are accurate. The property is very well maintained and there were no issues with bugs or mustiness. Great kitchen with a gas stove. The living room gets a lot of natural light.

Wonderful stay! Amazing views, comfortable bed, plenty of towels & fantastic host. We truly loved our time at Nina’s place. If you have mobility issues note the house is up on a steep hill. Also eye mask if you’re sensitive to early morning light from top windows. Beautiful breezes. Easy walk to beach & gorgeous scenic drive to town. We hated to leave!!!!

Suite Aloha ended up being a perfect choice for our extended stay. The location was great for daily walks on the beach as well as close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and our hosts Sabine and Ray were caring and very thoughtful checking on our needs. They were also very knowledgeable about the local history and gave us unexpected tours that we never would have seen without their assistance. We feel we have made an awesome bond and will definitely be back to any place they host. Mahalo Sabine and Ray!
