We had the most wonderful stay at Julie’s gorgeous home. We’re already planning our next visit! The views are utterly breathtaking and Julie and Claudio made us feel right at home! They were extremely friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. The cortijo was extremely peaceful, cosy and clean (and the dogs are adorable!) THANK YOU for the most wonderful trip!

A great host, a very different location, an out-of-the-way village, set on the side of a little canyon, a rustic house with charm, a good place for quiet and reflection - also good hiking possibilities and much to discover in the surrounding villages and coast. Recommended.

I have been away with a friend, we were looking for disconnection and relaxing in nature, and we have gotten it right as this house. very clean, beautiful, cozy and everything you need for a good stay. the fireplace gives it a special touch. The super comfy couch and bed. We would have loved to go at a time of year when the plants had their flowers, now the truth was more muted by the time we are.

This is one of the most beautiful areas I have ever been and I fell in love with it - I did not want to leave. The accommodation is a lovely, traditional Spanish apartment with lots of quirky, interesting decor. It has everything you need and more. It's set in a beautiful little village in the mountains away from life's troubles. The drive to get there is so pretty and the village itself has incredible views and friendly people. The garden was a peace haven - perfect for relaxation. It is also well equipped for anything from outside dining to laying in the sun all day. San and Annie are two of the kindest people I've ever met - they were so helpful throughout my stay and very understanding of my nervous dog. Nothing is too much trouble for them. You couldn't ask for better hosts. If you want somewhere to switch off and relax, or somewhere beautiful to explore by car and foot, this is the place! I cannot recommend this stay enough and I'm already dying to go back.
