Great place, you feel right at home with your family, for those who live in apartment style homes. Nice mountain views from all rooms, good food and nice big confectionery store right next to the property is very convenient.

This place is just what I wanted. It has everything I need, and the vibe is so calm and relaxing. I visit Dehradun to rest, and this place makes my stay even better. Everything I need, like groceries and vegetables, is close by. The biggest mall in Dehradun is only 600 meters away, which is very convenient. I felt very safe here, which is important to me. The host is very helpful and didn’t make the place too fancy. It feels like home and gives you the freedom to enjoy your time. I hope everyone who stays here follows the rules because places like this are hard to find. The Peacock Perch is a wonderful place, and I’m so happy I found it.

the host was very responsive property is somewhere between roorkee and haridwar. so you don't have to worry about food and other groceries. overall the stay was really great

I really liked staying at Da Alohas. I would recommend it to family and friends for a visit. It's a good place for a small celebration. Kesar Negi is very polite, explains everything well, and provides great support in every aspect.

The place was worth every penny spent. It was spotless, well maintained and felt just like home. Wish I could give an extra star for our host Ashutosh, who is a gentleman. He was there before time to greet us personally, explained everything in detail and even asked us for any additional requirements we may have that he can fulfill. The photos don’t justify it enough as the place looks even better in person. Would definitely love to visit Ashutosh’s place again.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this property – it truly felt like a home away from home. Sonal was incredibly helpful and always just a call away. The cleanliness and comfortable bedding were the highlights for me. The large community, complete with a golf course, basketball court, and walking/running tracks, made our stay even more memorable.

Totally recommended. Had a great experience. It’s a beautiful, clean apartment in a fantastic location. The balcony view is just so beautiful. The property in fact offers more amenities than those mentioned in the list and has all the necessary facilities like clinic, general store, restaurants on walkable distance. The host was responsive and friendly. Would love to stay here only if I happen to visit Dehradun again.

Nothing to complain.. so perfect stay.. will be difficult to find a better homestay.. Everything was available in the kitchen.. TV, ACs, weather was pleasant so we didn't have to use AC. so many things to do in the society.. playground for different games, gym, open gym, clean air due to great location.. awesome view from balcony.. I'm very happy that I choose this place to stay. The host was so responsive everytime even I came late night. The caretaker Pooja took great care of us she cooked food Accordingly of my choice. The place is peaceful all greenery with all facilities available.

The stay was okay good environment and good place everything was nice but the only issue was of smell there was continuous smell from the bathroom and was hard to handle
