I was super looking forward to staying, but when I opened the door…. I fell in love! I felt at home! An apartment delight, cozy, all very clean, and availability of drinks in the refrigerator - for payment, which streamlined my life due to the time I arrived.

We love staying at Gladis and Valter's apartment. We went to check out the attractions of the Dance Festival and did all the activity on foot. The apartment is close to shopping malls, shops, restaurants, cafes and also cultural activities such as museums, squares and the Centreventos (15min walk). The apartment is very well equipped and cozy.

D. Lucia was an excellent Anditrian. We met with great cordiality and sympathy. We will certainly return.

ricardo is a great host, quick to answer, flexible both at check in and out, very attentive and helpful. Apto is in an excellent location, very close to the Muller shopping mall, downtown, bars, restaurants. In the heat and taking time off, the pool of the building at the Rooftop is great. A clean, comfortable, cozy, air-conditioned apartment in the 2 bedrooms and living room. Surely, on a new trip to Joinville, it will be my first search option to book and host.

I had an excellent experience in Tassiana's apartment in Balneário Piçarras! The location is perfect, facing the sea, allowing you to enjoy the beach with all the convenience. The condominio has an impeccable infrastructure, and the large heated swimming pool by the sea is an incredible differential, ensuring relaxing moments in any climate. The apartment is spacious, functional, very well tidy and impeccably clean. In addition, hosts were extremely kind and efficient, always helpful and considerate. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The apartment is excellent! Very cute and comfortable, with all the utensils we need to make ourselves at home. Everything was new and well-maintained. In addition, it offered children's pool toys, stroller, parasol, beach chairs and towels, both bath and pool. The room was pristinely clean and organized. The building has a wonderful structure, with always clean pools, a mini market inside and commerce on the front. Antônio and Cibele were extremely friendly and attentive, welcoming us warmly, with a welcome basket full of pampering. They also gave us many excellent tips from restaurants and sightseeing. It was an amazing stay, we love it!

We were many well served for Alaise and his family, the place was clean.

I went with my family, we were in 11 counting with the children. We love the house, it is not so close to the beach, I believe that walking takes about 15/20 minutes, but going with the crowd is good, by car it takes about two minutes, super fast. The house is super cozy, well ventilated and super new, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, quite complete. All very clean! Eliane super requests and attentive, my brother and sister-in-law needed to wait for the driver of the App to get them, so it ended up being a little bit of the checkout time and Elaine made us comfortable with the time, Anyway, everyone loved it and everyone is already homesick! We'll be back more often for sure!

All right! Amanda is super attentive , provided us with all the necessary information,we rented last minute and arrived the last hour of the night and still it was not a problem ,on the last day I let us leave after 17h,which allowed us to take more of a day of beach and give us afterwards ! We will be back for sure ♥️ an unforgettable family weekend

We didn't miss anything in the residence, we enjoyed it a lot. vila apparently went through more hectic periods, but it seemed to me very quiet now, but that's what we were looking for, quiet. This is a great location for those who want to get to know the Old Town in São Francisco do Sul. The beaches in Vila da Glória, there was a lot of mud when we went, due to the low tide. But they are very beautiful, and there is the Casarão waterfall, for 10 reais the entrance, 15 km from the house. In addition, the nearby restaurants ask for a higher than normal value, but the Santiago indications were very good and we went to Foot in the water that was a great time in front of the beach. And the Kaiaks for those who have disposal in 15 minutes arrive in Bahia da Babitonga paddling by the stream that passes by, I saw some red herons, on the edge of Bahia, or flamingos, I don't know rs..
