Espaço Ótimo, the property is in a quiet neighborhood, with commercial establishments such as supermarket, drugstore and others very close by. The apartment is very good, very conserved and clean, the very easy check in, the communication with Geerleson and with Paulo was very good, the check out was very flexible, anyway. I know Joinville very well and in the next few times I go to the city, I will definitely go back to the same place.

Great property, great location, no need for a car to get around in the neighborhood and downtown. Extremely accessible and trustworthy host, very proactive to address all questions. The period of use of the property was long and this also allowed us to get to know the region and all the access facilities that the property provided. Exelente host, the apartment is very nice, as shown in the photographs, the place is very quiet and close to supermarkets and restaurants, it is about twelve minutes walk to the beach of Ingleses. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms which in my opinion I consider essential because it is very hot both day and night. I recommend it 100%.

The structure of the condominium is wonderful and the location has given us a mini vacation full of pleasant walks and enjoyable days by the sea. As cliché as it is to say this, we feel at home! Apartment well located , impeccable decor and well equipped environment. It has a wonderful bakery next to the complex . We followed the rules, but we did not attempt this detail about not receiving visitors. So, unfortunately, we can't receive anyone. We respect the rules, but we admit that the situation has made us uncomfortable.

First of all, Zenaide is a wonderful host. She is sweet, happy and very helpful. The place is fantastic. Every area has a relaxed feel and Zenaide’s decorative style is very peaceful. Our family of 5 with three young kids enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place.

We love the days we spend in the house… The house is super equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean and organized and were very comfortable days. Vanessa was super attentive with us, leaving some pampering for our arrival and was super flexible at check-in and checkout. We intend to come back more often! RECOMMEND

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent everything very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest is everything and very good. Everything is excellent, we will be back for sure!
