Monthly Rentals in Johnson City

We stayed at Chanel’s place while visiting family in the Binghamton area over the holidays. The place was clean and looks just as it does in the photos. We will surely stay here again in the future!

Never disappoints, this is not my first time occupying a Binghomes property and they are always very clean, easy to check in and the location is key for us as we use it when we come to visit family all the way from across the country. Clean, easy to find, and as described.

Great spot in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Anthony provided good communication, and the apartment was well stocked. I especially appreciated the motion sensor light in the stairway upon entering.
