Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

The apartment is very private, it allowed us to be with tranquility and security, everything was as published and offered by the host, it is a very complete apartment. The terrace was divine and with a beautiful view at sunset. My only observation would be that the cleaning was done with too much vinegar and it was like 2 days and the house was still with the very heavy smell, but it is understood that it is by cleaning issues 🙂

We were pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is spectacular—exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s in a safe area, just a short walk to some of the most beautiful beaches and close to the restaurants on 38th Street. The apartment is very comfortable and perfect for a family of four (in our case, with kids aged 9 and 12). The location is super convenient, and the hosts were kind and attentive. It’s also very safe at night and there was always easy parking available. Recommend! … we hope to come back soon!

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

Great condo, with lots of amenities: pools, bar, saunas, etc. Very responsive hosts. Great location, near 5th Ave, close to the beach - 5 min walk. Definitely recommend 👌

Betty welcomed us in an admirable way. Our hosts listened to our needs and questions and responded quickly to our calls. The condo is easy to maintain, complete and still fairly well-equipped. The beds are firm, and clean. There is plenty of storage space. Safe and quiet close to the swimming pool and children's games, the condo is really close to restaurants, grocery stores, and several other services. Everything about it is excellent The only small negative point we highlight is the absence of the BBQ that in the description is included. In fact, it's available on request with a security deposit... and we need to put it back clean. Otherwise a fee of 250 pesos is charged for cleaning. To conclude on a positive note because this site deserves it more; we keep the address as a note for our next vacation in this area and highly recommend it to other vacationers.

Place was very noisy from chairs being moved across the floors above our condo as they were being dragged on concrete floors. They need to put felt pads on the feet of all the chairs! Also the noise from the gym when people dropped the weights on the floor. The sound would resonate through the whole building.

The apartment is very spacious, the photos do not describe the proportions well since it is larger than what is appreciated, the beds are double and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is an axxo very close and the main one is a couple of streets away, taxis are constantly passing by. It is about 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen centro (Chedraui). there are very nice beaches nearby, I recommend the beach 88. In gral everything well, both Cristián and Mrs. Lulu were on the lookout and were friendly with some doubts I had. I highly recommend your stay. Thank you.

This Airbnb was very close to Crocucun as well as the riviera maya resorts. We were also able to walk about ten minutes to a lovely Chinese restaurant (Wokfast). Communication was prompt and clear, the location is gated and so sometimes you need to let the front security know if you are being picked up in an Uber. I really loved how free of clutter this Airbnb is. We also went to the pool a couple of times during our stay, there is a deeper side and a more shallow side - we enjoyed both! We also asked for, and we were able to leave our bags there for a couple of hours after checkout, we really appreciated this to bridge the time between checking into our next location. Thank you!

Beautiful house on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large living room/kitchen on the ground floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our group of 6 people. The house is in a private and guarded residential complex, it's reassuring, but it should be noted that nothing is within walking distance and it is better to have a vehicle to access shops and the beach. The complex has a swimming pool which is nice. The things to fix to make the experience perfect: we hear the noise from the road nearby, the kitchen lacked equipment, and the flow of the showers was too low.

This home is very well equipped to accommodate 4 couples comfortably. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We have made some great memories just being together in one home away from our separate lives, and we look forward to booking again in the future. The front booth security was so friendly, kind, and helpful., and made us feel welcome. They will be missed. The shared community pool was a huge bonus, because it was not used by others while we were there and it was a beautiful place to swim. The management team for this property was very helpful with recommendations for tours and taxis which was a huge help. It was easy to taxi into Puerto Morelos and then catch the Playa Express to Playa Del Carmen, and Cancun, which were jumping off places for other tours. One tour company picked us up right at the highway which was walking distance from the home. A huge thank you all the team for making this a wonderful family vacation.

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is also everything you need for children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Restaurants, grocery stores and local shops are nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

Excellent apartment, everything impeccable, it has little that was built, they took care of every detail to have an excellent stay with quality things, sheets, pillows, mattress very comfortable to have a good rest. In the bathroom everything of very good quality new towels, hairdryer, good shower, good toilet with everything you need to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare food, it's a good size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, all this is very good brand and quality. As for the building is very nice for being new, it has 24-hour security, a small gym and on the rooftop a very clean pool as well as a terrace with barbecue and armchairs. The location is very good you are a few steps from the fifth avenue and the area is very quiet there is no loud music, the beach is a few blocks away, as well as close to several restaurants and super, excellent eva treatment, 100% recommended, for you to enjoy.

This was a very nice apartment and complex. The design of both was great. Our toddler aged daughter loved the pool and playground. There are friendly families in the complex who are full time residents, which was great. The apartment had everything that we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with entering the neighborhood. Some security guards would insist that everyone in the car wear their bracelets as well as show the QR codes that Olivia provides. This was frustrating but Olivia did everything she could to address it. After the first incident, we fastened the bracelets loosely and slipped them on just before approaching the gate. he neighborhood and condo have their own rules that must be followed. Some of the pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. You can walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Overall, Olivia was a great host and we recommend this home.

We had a great stay here with our family. The apartment was in great condition. Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, gallon drinking water was provided which was so nice. Very comfortable beds, extra linens, pillows and towels. Blackout curtains. Great location, easy access, safe. Pool was great for relaxing. Easy instructions and recommendations. The location is walkable to beach and 5ta avenida with lots of shopping, a lot of restaurants around at walking distance. Restaurant right in front of apartments with delicious food. Sandra was great, communicated well and flexible and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely book again.

Amazing location. Right between the beach and avenida 5. A wagon full of toys to take to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the Playa scene go by.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at Cathy’s place in Puerto Morelos for two adult couples and a 2 year old. The place is quiet, private, and safe, but still close to all you want to be near in PM. It has everything you need and Cathy is an INCREDIBLE host (very responsive, quick to problem solve, and eager to please). You will have NO regrets about booking your stay here. Pool is clean and well maintained, beach is GORGEOUS, complex is quiet but very friendly, AC units inside work great, potable water is provided in the unit. Of note, as is common in the region, toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in the trash (again, very typical for this area). We will definitely consider coming back on our next trip to PM!

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.
