It was an amazing house in a very private area. The amenities were great, just like described and the contact with the support team was very clear and they were always very friendly and quickly to react.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this listing! We had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We appreciate how the hosts genuinely care for the home & how well it was maintained. We did have some questions & concerns about two things but they were looked at and taken care of right away. The king bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable! I will definitely try rebooking this place when I go back to Playa!

We had a wonderful stay in Playa Paraiso! We loved that the beach was just a short walk away, and we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook meals. The pool was also a great place to relax and escape the heat. And the daily maid service was a treat and kept the place clean! We’re very glad we rented a car, as that made it easy to go to Playa del Carmen for meals and tours, as well as drive to Chichen Itza and nearby cenotes. Meaghan and Carlos were very responsive as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a private escape.

Good location, comfortable home!

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

It is a perfect place to spend a few days, clean, in a quiet area. It has many details that are highly valued, although personally we could not take advantage of them as we would have liked since we practically only slept but I would definitely recommend it

Wonderful place to stay!! Was in a great area with wonderful amenities. The host was incredibly communicative and easy to get a hold of. The extra towels were handy for our large group. Definitely also liked the included bikes. Would absolutely recommend!

Really nice, big home in walking distance to town and beach. Comfortable for our group of 9 people. Kitchen well equipped with lots of dishes and cooking tools, large fridge. Some wear & tear like you’d expect on a rental property. The water pressure & hot water were low volume. Wonderful to have a cleaning person, Sergio was great. I would stay again. Very good tips & instructions from host company.

overall the place is excellent, good cleanliness beautiful and wide it's much better in person than in photos, we were very comfortable there a group of 15 people, the host is very flexible and friendly. the only detail that I see it is the security guard of the entrance booth to the subdivision since it has a very heavy attitude and despite the fact that it already locates it continues to get very aggressive with its security filters, to some extent it makes you feel even afraid to ask for access to the fractionation. is subject apart from the accommodation but if it is a point of view that I had to expose to give it solution, and that it is only that guard why the others who attended us were always very friendly and gave us easy access.

Perfect for the family

We spent 10 days with family and friends in Christmas time. The apartment was perfect for us, and Karina was always ready to help us with every kind of request. We spent the Christmas day at the pool and it was fun, the kids loved the playground area. We liked to be close to the pueblo, the food was amazing and cheap. The beach is around 10 minutes drive. I recommend to have a car.

Our stay at Casa Martini in Playa del Carmen was nothing short of excellent. The location is fantastic – in a safe and secure neighborhood, just a short walk down the beach to Fifth Avenue, where we enjoyed great dining, shopping, and entertainment. The host, Mercedes, was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met and making us feel truly welcomed. One of the highlights of our trip was the private chef recommended by Mercedes – the meals were absolutely amazing and added an extra level of luxury to our stay. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Casa Martini to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. The location is a short drive to the beach. The pictures look exactly like the house. The host was responsive and flexible. She gave local recommendations, which is always a plus. We are already talking about our next trip back!
