Monthly Rentals in Jerseydale

We really enjoyed staying in this studio in the woods. It fit our family of four and our dog perfectly. We loved all the little details that came with the studio, including the helpful local hints, the well stocked kitchen and the labels everywhere that helped navigate the space. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and really appreciated the extra amenities of the waffle maker and mix. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Yosemite and want to check out Mariposa and the surrounding area.

Martine’s place was incredibly spacious and clean. It had everything you could think of and felt like home. The house situated on a beautiful property and was the best home base for Yosemite adventures. Martine was incredibly kind and there are two adorable cats as a bonus! Thank you, Martine.

Such a beautiful and cozy cottage. Only 3 of us stayed here but it felt like there was space for at least 4, maybe even 5-6 if using the couches. Beds were super comfy with plush carpet and soft bedding. Kitchen was modern and easy to work in with lots of supplies. Living room had an electric fireplace and the heater overhead worked really well to make the space warm. Being the last house in the block makes it super private with a nice view of the giant backyard. Location itself is about 55 min-1 hr away from Tunnel View and is easy to get to from the main road. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for the perfect spot to your Yosemite adventures, look no further than Avand's cabin! We couldn't have asked for a better setting and a more well-stocked spot to rest and relax after hiking all day. Avand was communicative and responsive as a host. The cabin has pretty much everything you could think you'd need, is very comfortable, and the hot tub was just the cherry on top!
