It's a privileged house in a paradisiacal place. The house complies with everything described in the notice. It is very comfortable and cute, well equipped. The only thing to consider is that in saco de ceu (location of the house) there are not many things accessible and the transfer can make the stay quite expensive. The staircase is not to be underestimated. You have to organize well to make upload it not a problem. Everything else is amazing! Ilha grande is a paradise place, and this house is located in a secluded area to disconnect from society and connect 100% with nature

We spent the Carnival in the houseboat and it was simply perfect. Carlos is extremely accessible, responding quickly and clearly, as well as being very polite. During your stay, any problem or need for products you have on Matariz beach, just ask the homemaker Magno (Magninho) who is also very good and available. Wanting to take walks around the island, Maguinho is also the best option. With its own and exclusive boat for guests of the houseboat (tours are paid aside but it is always available), it is an excellent guide and very pleasant companion. Our Carnival was perfect!

Amazing location, the owner helped us with transfers all the way from Rio. The caretaker lady was wonderfully helpful and welcoming. The place is really really stunning. The party boats which stop on the beach are quite overwhelming at times.
