Holiday rentals with a pool in Jaco Beach

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Matt, Richard, and Nic's place was great and fit our needs. Our family of four adults was comfortable with the well laid out two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The back patio, pool, and yard offered a great end of day place to gather for dinner, drinks, reading, and catching up on work. Everything worked great (WIFI, appliances, etc). Location is ideal as it was 2-3 minute walk to major activites (market, shops, pubs, resturaunts), and a few more minute walk to the beach, but located just far enough away for comfort and privacy. Ideal location as a base to enjoy the great range of activities. Instructions were simple, and Matt, Richard and Nic answered the couple of standard questions we had, quickly. Overall a great lodging experience in a great place.

The stay was perfect. The house is fully equipped, super clean and the bedding smelled clean. The location is perfect because it's close to everything and at the same time offers privacy. Not having to share the pool with anyone is wonderful. Both Álvaro and Rocío were attentive and with super quick responses. A place to go back to!

It is a very beautiful house, as shown in the photos. Ideal for families, close to the beach, well equipped kitchen, the air conditioners make it very cool, clean pool, in general everything was excellent.

The house was fantastic—just as described! It had a great location and excellent amenities. My only suggestion is for the host to stay updated on the latest "Club" policies so any additional costs don’t catch guests off guard. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The pool looked smaller in the pictures but was very spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Location was great and the complex felt very safe. We could walk around Jaco very easily. In addition, the condo itself was clean with plenty of space and had great amenities. Erick was responsiveness with the questions we did have.

Condominium is pretty good size. The swimming pools are great.

That was my second time staying at one of Cristian places. The friendliness never stop, from the host down to the security was great. Place is very quiet and family friendly. don't need a car plenty of restaurants and bar at a walking distance. I would definitely go back and always look for Cristian to see if he has any openings first. Thank you

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

It was a really enjoyable stay. The accommodation is very good and very clean and the hosts took the time to be there when we needed information.

Condo was very well equipped, grounds and resort were outstanding. We can't say enough how much we appreciated Randal's quick response and willingness to help when we had questions prior to arrival. We will definitely book again when we return to Costa Rica!

Mary place was awesome had everything close by in walking distance. Mary was always responsive and proactive with concerns i had. will recommend Mary's place looking forward to visit her place again.
