Holiday rentals with lake access in Itutinga

The house is large, spacious, as in the description. Very comfortable and well equipped. All the questions we had, Livia responded quickly and was extremely solicitous. The location of the house is perfect, we take a boat and it is very close to the deck of the condominium, which made it very easy for us. The place is very quiet, perfect for spending with the family, the children loved a trail that has within the condominium, the common area is quite complete and the market 24hrs at the entrance of the condominium saved us at various times. We definitely want to go back!!

We were in a class total of 8 people, 4 couples. We were impressed by the amount of utensils present in the house. This made it much easier on our meals! The house was well tidy and well according to the description of the announcement. We had a minor infiltration problem in one of the rooms due to the volume of rain, but we re-adapted and it was possible to continue using the room in the same way. The view of the house is very beautiful and ideal to enjoy with family and friends! Access by the dirt road is not difficult and the neighborhood is very quiet! We will definitely come back more often!

The Amanda e Júnior space is a fairly new and well organized house. Positioned at the beginning of the condominium, it is quite easy to find and has asphalt throughout the journey, which facilitates a lot in times of heavy rainfall. Just a quick walk and you arrive on the banks of the dam. The place was well cleaned, with the utensils organized and easy to find. The swimming pool and gourmet area form a good space for socializing and relaxation. Although we passed the New Year's Eve on the spot, it was quite quiet and quiet. The high point was with the sympathy and attention of Amanda and Júnior, who were very cordial and polite. I recommend everyone to get to know their space. It is well worth it.

our stay was excellent! The house is cozy, very well equipped and cared for. The view is beautiful and we had a great weekend. Luciene is extremely attentive and her place was spotless to welcome us.

We were in 10 people, being a family of adults, a child and a couple of friends, with all having a great and comfortable night's sleep, with the house being very spacious and organized. The leisure area is exceptional, with a very beautiful sunset. Nothing to complain about! We like it very much and will be back in the future.

The place is great! Unite all the comfort and amenities with a very pleasant environment close to nature and super quiet. Host is great, responds quickly and has always been very courteous. The house is a spectacle, it exceeds expectations in all aspects, a lot of comfort with everything very well thought out and planned. Both the checkin and checkout were super simple. Anyway, it was a perfect stay, I left with the urge to come back.

The photos are already wonderful but in person the location is much more beautiful and cozy. Near the city and hosts are super pleasant people! I recommend it to all, magical place! I also recommend trying the lavender spray manufactured by the hosts, I brought several with me.

Petra is a graceful person, she was very kind, attentive and available. The house was exactly as in the description, but just going to know how cozy and nice it is. Sipping coffee on the balcony looking at Petra's beautiful garden, waiting for the sunset... Sleeping in a hotel-worthy bed 5*... Walk two minutes and be in the stingle in the backyard... Have a wonderful waterfall less than a 10-minute walk... If it's raining and you can't leave the house, books at your disposal and smart TV. All of this you will find at Petra's place!
