Holiday rentals with a hot tub in İstanbul

It was really nice and romantic place

The space was as described. The staff were friendly and solution-oriented. There was a problem with the TV remote in the room we stayed in, they quickly took care of the problem. There was no hair dryer because it was stolen all the time. I think that's an understandable inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was fine. I love the comfort and design of the lounge. It creates a warm environment. Absolutely satisfied.

Emre is an amazing host and super helpful and friendly. He was always readily available whenever we need help with anything, also very kind and understanding host. The house is super cozy, love the bedroom! Home is nearby conveniences and eateries so if there is anything you need can always drop by quick to the minimal just a few steps away. Overall, great place and host. Highly recommended!

Very helpful host. Kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies were sufficient in the house. Delightful house. Taxi, etc. No transportation. It can be reached by personal vehicle.

This is the best location in Istanbul!!! Very nicely furnished and the concept is perfect, an old Greek building, all bedrooms are very comfortable and cozy, each room has a bathroom, which makes our job very easy. We enjoyed staying at this place, which is within walking distance to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. I will definitely come again and I definitely recommend this place to you.

Mr. Ömer welcomed us at the door and introduced us to the house. We saw that the house is more beautiful than the photos. Had a perfect stay here with 10 people, family from 4 countries. Clean. Nice pool. Nice rooms with good beds and pillows. Beautiful white towels amply provided. Fabric bath slippers for all. Washing machine with washing powder, drying rack. No tea towels available. Contact with host is good, very welcoming and helpful. The grounds of multiple houses are closed with a gate that will give you the key. It is remote and half an hour drive from Sabiha airport and 1 hour from International airport IST so a car is necessary. It's on a sandy road. There is a supermarket in the village where you can walk to and you can also pay with a pin. Oh yes you have to climb a flight of stairs to get into the house. There is a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. 

Our stay at Villa Balloka was truly unforgettable! The property is even more stunning than the photos show, with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy, making it ideal for our family gathering. Ergin and Mr. Mehmet were fantastic hosts—always helpful and quick to respond when needed. The villa is fully equipped with a pool, basketball court, and movie room. The kids loved it so much, they often chose to stay at the villa instead of sightseeing. We rented a van, which made commuting to sightseeing spots easy. There are also several great restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Ergin's excellent communication made the check-in and checkout process seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

We booked it for a special day, and now this house is a special place for us. We accumulated very nice memories and it was a very nice experience from the end, thank you so much for your attention and kindness!

The host was welcoming and communicated with us very clearly and made helpful recommendations. Top level view of Bosphorus was beautiful! The house is very large and is exactly as pictured.
