We had a great time here. Views are amazing . The weather was lovely so we made the most of the outdoor space and the hot tub. Great place for walking.

We had a lovely stay at this property near Cowes for a short break at the end of the Summer holidays. The apartment completely met our expectations as it appeared as described and shown in photos. The hosts were incredibly responsive and communicated clearly on all of the check-in, check-out and property and local information. We were a family of 4 and our special dog and it suited us very well, lots of space both inside and outside, a private, secluded garden and with a great view of the Solent. We particularly liked the decking overlooking the peaceful garden, the view of the boats and ships passing by and the short walk to the seafront where we could walk to Cowes or Gurnard for shops (Cowes only) and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Highly recommend! Richard is a great host, responsive and friendly. We like the location. Although it’s very close to Shanklin beach, Main Street and chine, it’s in a quiet location. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we are giving 9 out of 10 is the shower - the water pressure is not the best.

Beautiful apartment in a great spot. The view is spectacular and the lit up pier at night is 👌. Peter was a great host and really communicative. We had a fabulous time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was our 2nd stay at Olive House and we loved it even more. The house is tastefully decorated to a high spec, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The generous welcome pack and fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Kimberley is a fantastic host - responsive, helpful, friendly, and we are in awe of her interior design talent! Highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house 5* plus!!

Arranged this stay as a early xmas family get together. When we arrived the house was warm and inviting. All we could possibly need was there for us to use. Our party was 6 adults 4 children and a baby Plenty of room for us all to gather together Everything we requested was set up for use Bedrooms very comfortable and lovely modern bathrooms Welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very tasty Had a great weekend and would definitely recommend as a lovely holiday break

We had ana amazing stay at Hilda Cottage, Annabel went the extra mile making the house all christmassy for us, it was a really nice surprise. She also went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra night, we didn’t want to leave! The house was very well laid out, incredibly spacious with tasteful interiors. The beds were exceptionally comfy as well. We’ve stayed in Bembridge many times, the location was superb, just a very short stroll to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful Christmas break in a beautiful property overlooking the sea. We found everything we needed to prepare, cook and serve our Christmas lunch. The property seemed newly refurbished to a high standard and the bedroom suites are perfectly laid out at each side of the property for added privacy. Easy walks to the beach and into Ventnor. A perfect base for visiting the island. Thank you Catherine for your quick responses and the yummy goody basket on our arrival.

I took my family away for a very unplanned and very impulsive getaway. When I booked I told them we would be very late at night because of the drive and that was fine with them so that was amazing and we was later then expected and we still easy to access the place was amazing too to bottom very clean and had everything we needed and more. The owner/letters was so accommodating and polite and very responsive it was just perfect in fact we stayed extra night because it was so good!!!! …….its a massive 11/10(11 out of 10 score) from us and we thank you for the time we had👍🏻🙏

Booked in a hurry as campsite cancelled on us at the last minute,I’m so pleased I went for it as it worked out really well. The house location in Niton is great, a nice sized sunny garden, coastal walks from the back gate, a local shop, pubs and restaurant all within walking distance. The house has a lovely big well stocked kitchen, a good sized lounge and decent bedrooms with comfy beds. A good shower too. Lovely touches - flowers on the table, some nice goodies much appreciated, raspberries in the garden. The house handbook was really helpful. Struggled with the oven initially but reread the instruction and did ok. We just needed slightly better weather for it to have been the perfect break!

A fab few days for New Year's Eve and New Year. 3 families - a lot of fun and laughter and a perfect space for the 11 of us. Great to be able to walk to town and visit the fab pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely time and the hosts were super kind, letting us arrive early and leave late. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thanks so much Sarah and James

This was my third stay at Kate's place so obviously I have found it to be a very good experience. The flat has comfortable, up-to-date furniture and the bathrooms are beautiful. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to warm food we took home and even do some simple cooking. The location is very convenient for walks in the forest or walking to the village. In just a few steps we were in the village of Brockenhurst where we could buy our groceries, find cafes and shop for a few gifts to take home. I recommend Kate's place.

Being already familiar with South wight, Steve and Charlotte’s place offers unique new insights of local areas to explore, thanks to its excellent location on the military road. The farm is very well suited for local hiking and road trips to Freshwater Bay, St. Catherine, and Ventnor. The apartment rooms are comfortable and clean, and the guest handbook is detailed and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and definitely want to come back again.

We have been to sandbanks quite a few times and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. The flat was clean, well equipped and private. We had more than enough space for our family of 4 and said we could fit 6 without feeling cramped. The flat felt new and high end. We loved that it was so close to the beach and many nice restaurants. Our girls loved spending the afternoon in the hot tub too! We will definitely be booking here again.

Just perfect for what we needed, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, small and secure yard to allow dog out in. Quiet area and building, a plus for a fireworks nervous dog on NYE!

Lovely place to stay, definitely will stay here again if coming to Bournemouth! Great hosts.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

This is a great little apartment, beautifully presented, within easy walking distance of Chichester. The free on-site parking was a big bonus. The flat was warm, attractively decorated and very comfortable. Marek responded very quickly to a couple of questions we had. Would highly recommend.
