Apartment with a view of the sea

100 m2 apartment, located inside the Cherna #5 development (with only 6 units) between the Holbox Center and Punta Cocos. It is only 30 meters from the beach, close to beach clubs, restaurants, convenience stores and a 20-minute walk to the center of the island. Inside the development there is a swimming pool , with lounge chairs and showers. It has 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two single beds. It has two balconies, in the common area and another in the main room.
