Holiday rentals with a balcony in Inner London

This flat was perfect for our stay in the London area. It was comfortable, quiet, and close to public transportation (Overground and District Lines). The cottage chic decor made us feel right at home and the deck overlooking the park was an excellent place to sit and spend our evenings after work. It was conveniently located with a Sainsbury's right around the corner and easy access to restaurants and other parks. My spouse had easy commutes to the National Archives, Royal Archives (Windsor), and the British Library, while I was able to set up my remote work space and work comfortably from the flat. A short walk over to Gunnersbury and there was a great location to walk, grab some lunch, or even work in one of the public outdoor "work pods". We take frequent research trips (and family vacations) to the UK. I will definitely check the availability of this flat for our return trip!

Very Spacious 1 bed apartment, great links to DLR and to Canary Wharf for Elizabeth line- able to walk if required. Able to commute to Stratford also Good amenities but no microwave. We had an issue with check in as we arrived very late ( best to arrive before 10pm)but GuestReady team were very proactive found us another place to stay which was great esp with an infant. Very easy to communicate with via the chat. We would stay here again!

Great location,lots of cafes,restaurants,bakeries,pubs,grocery stores,historic sites. 1 minute walk to Farringdon tube and train station. Incredibly useful transport links. Flat is clean,warm,with plenty of space and in secure building. Great Nespresso machine, toiletries. Comfy beds. Busy area in daytime, mostly quiet at night. But some random noises late. If you are used to big cities, it most likely won’t bother. Ear plugs help. Saw several foxes on the street! Highly recommend Tarim Uyghur restaurant on Theobolds road. Gail’s Bakery also. In London for 5 nights and did not need to withdraw cash once. Contactless payments everywhere, including tube and train. Hosts Dainius and Artem very responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

We loved staying in this flat with our two kids. It was close (walking distance) to so many great places. Communication by host was detailed and we did not encounter any difficulties at all with entering the apartment. The flat has all you need, is very bright and great for a stay by upto 4 people

What a wonderful place! We absolutely LOVED our stay at Leroy’s place. We spent our Christmas and NY’s in London, and Leroy’s was a perfect home base for us. The place is beautiful and comfortable, had every amenity we needed, and included beautiful views of the surrounding area. Great restaurants & pubs, grocery store, bakery, bus stop, and train station all within a 5 minute walk. Very easy! Our favorite eateries were Blackbird Bakery (breakfast and coffee), Duke of Sussex pub for Sunday roast, and the Copper Tap for drinks. Plenty of other options close by that we didn’t get a chance to try. Leroy was a very responsive and kind host. He was very communicative prior to and during our stay, responded to a couple of questions we had very quickly, and provided some helpful suggestions on transport and local establishments. He was able to accomodate a Christmas Day arrival (many hosts could not) and even had a tree set up and a few wrapped gifts for us!

Lovely apartment with a wonderful view of the river. Nice and quiet once you work out how to turn off the loud extractor fan (switch in warm cupboard). Bed mattress in the master bedroom might need replacing soon and would have liked dishwasher tablets and washing powder at this price point but honestly there was little that I didn't like about the apartment and would happily book again.

Jacqueline was the perfect host responding to questions promptly. She accommodated a relatively late request to move our dates by one day which was much appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described and the photos are a true representation. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clutter free and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable making for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring London with London Bridge being very well connected. An added bonus - a magnificent view of the Shard from the bedroom and lounge. We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back again as our trip was too short and sweet. It's an amazing flat in London. I didn't expect that to be so nice, but the facilities, window views and everything there were great. I had a good experience in this flat. Also, the GuesReady's staffs replied to me fast and solved the problems well. They even cared about whether I was staying well in the second day morning:) If there's a chance to come to London again, I'll definitely consider to stay in this place again:)

Perfect space for our large family group of six adults and two children. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very close to an underground station on the Piccadilly Line so very simple to get into central London.

Wonderful week here, and despite working I felt remarkably relaxed due to the accommodations. This is a desirable combination of privacy and a gracious host when needed or for a friendly greeting or chat in passing. It’s what makes these places stand out. Sandra was outstanding in accommodating some travel delays and luggage issues. If you appreciate visual or ceramic arts you will be nourished here. Quick walk to the station, lots of services and things to do in immediate area. The only review that matters ultimately is would you stay here again, and that is absolutely a yes.

It is better than expected and when we got in it was a pleasant surprise. Stylish and functional. Please mind there are lots of steep stairs to get to both levels.

Johan’s place was wonderful for our family of 5. The boys loved the bean bag chairs and the legos. My oldest enjoyed the experience of having the entire loft to himself. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is so appreciated after a long day in downtown London. Thank you Johan for opening up your home for us. We made great memories here.

Great place! A very nicely decorated house with all the features that you need. Metro station with access to multiple lines is around the corner for easy access to all the sights. Park at the back, quiet by London standards. Very welcoming back yard with doors that open wide. Absolutely lovely.

Our family of 6 had a great stay here in December 2024. The layout with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a third bedroom with an ensuite bath on the main level worked very well for our family. The apartment was modern and comfortable and we really appreciated having a washer/dryer and full kitchen. It was more conveniently located than we expected, especially once we learned that there are two major bus stops about a block away. We made use of the buses more than the underground since the closest station was about 1 mile away (South Kensington). Within walking distance there were several stores to purchase sundries and we also enjoyed the Chelsea Corner Italian restaurant at the end of the street twice during our week stay. It was excellent! We would definitely recommend this unique accommodation to others and be thrilled to have a chance to stay here again. Thank you!

The flat had been very accurately described by Jayme and other guests. He responded very quickly with the couple of issues I raised. Location great. Became familiar with local amenities and great cafes. Excellent buses which I used extensively.

Rod was a great host. Always responsive and genuinely concerned about your stay. regularly checking in to see if I required anything and always flexible. The flat is gorgeous and the view from the 10th floor balcony is stunning. East Village is a great neighborhood with plenty of amenities and Westfield on the doorstep. I would definitely stay here again - Rod is probably the best host I have experienced. We have since become friends!

the apartment was very clean and gary is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice of him!

We had an amazing stay at Charlie's place. We arrived on an early morning flight and Charlie kindly accommodated us in the morning. We loved the personal welcome card and thoughtful treats. The coffee machine is heaven. The living room lights are on dimmers which was relaxing. There is a security camera at the front entrance and in the living room. The bedrooms both have blackout curtains and were very quiet for sleeping. The wifi worked great for video conferencing. The building is modern and has two elevators. We felt very safe. It was a relaxing retreat to come back to each day and the stay exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was friendly and clean. About a 10 minute walk away is a high street with several markets and restaurant options with a variety of price points. We used the tube and bus to get to tourist attractions which worked great for us. Charlie was a friendly and responsive host.

Perfect amount of space needed and overall was a great stay for the short period I needed to be in London. Was walkable to the train stations nearby to get nearly anywhere in London in a short period of time. Will most definitely consider Rob's place for the future.
