Monthly Rentals in Indian Shores

WE WILL BE BACK!!! An absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredible place to stay. 30 min from Tampa and St. Pete's, and 15 min from Clearwater. Walking distance to the beach (~5 min), and directly on the intercostal. We watched MANY dolphins directly from the massive balcony. Lots of super fun toys left for us to play with: bikes, fishing poles/gear, beach towels, chairs, sand buckets, cooler! The kitchen was stocked incredibly both in spices and pots/pans/utensils, and even had a tart dish for us to make apple crisp! The neighbors were all very friendly and interactive. We also loved walking to the Salt Rock Grill for dessert and drinks, along with walking over to Smuggler's Cove mini golf to play a round! The pool was a warm 90 degrees and the hot tub perfect on cool nights. We had a great stay and plan to come back next year!

Great place to stay for 2 people, right beside the beach!

Will definitely stay here again. The place was beautiful, clean, and close to the beach. I booked Brian's place a couple of weeks before Hurricane Helene and my stay started the day before the hurricane hit. So I wasn't able to stay in his place long, but Brian was incredibly gracious and flexible with accommodations after the condo took on some water from the hurricane in what was a very difficult time for him and the community. Went out of his way to make sure I was safe and that I had everything I needed. I can't recommend this condo highly enough. Looking forward to staying here again.

Fabulous place to stay. Pristine, spacious and well equipped. Freshly decorated and updated which was a great plus for us. The outside area was also was pristine, manicured with a great pool area. It was incredible how the complex was cleaned up so soon after hurricane Milton eg 3 weeks prior. All the people we met by the pool were repeaters over many years, so I think that says it all! Kristin, was brilliant to deal with. Quick communication and very helpful. Thank you for a great couple of weeks.
