Monthly Rentals in Indian Land

We have now stayed at Stephanie’s house and it is very convenient to downtown Fort Mill. The house is equipped with everything you need for a stay.

Kierra’s townhome was so many things: gorgeous, luxurious, amenities galore, spacious AF, pristinely clean, easy to get in & out + park in garage, good location to airport & golf for us in S CLT, did I mention pretty? Fr tho, most air bnb’s don’t have full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash so this was sooo nice after leaving one on HHI that just gave us 1 set of hotel sized ones for 6 days. Everything seemed so brand new-from TVs to furniture to appliances & worked perfectly. It does have an entire flight of stairs per level as someone else mentioned in a review so ps if anyone has mobility probs. But the stairs were no issue for us as a young family. 1 bedroom doesn’t have curtains or a tv & the other does just fyi, again no big issue bc we gave that one to our 6yo since he gets into our bed middle of the pm🙄😅 so he had our curtains for the am. Kierra was v quick to reply to any message! So easy to treat her home as my own! 5/5 🌟 would def rec-TYSM!!

Our stay at Jim and Marilyn's place was perfect for us. The kitchenette was sufficient for our cooking needs for the weekend. The electric burner worked great for eggs & quesadillas. We used the Oster oven to make some frozen pizzas for lunch one day and to bake some items for dinner one night. The ceiling is on an angle as it is the attic space, so just be aware if your family is tall. There are signs to remind you, but you must pay attention to where you are walking. The temperature of the apartment was very comfortable even though it was close to 90 degrees outside one day. The washer and dryer available near the entrance of the apartment was also very convenient. We had a chance to speak with Jim a few times and he was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again next year when we are in the area.

Wish I could have given 6 stars for the location. So, so much to do in this area. House has modernized interior and everything we could have wanted to have an enjoyable family trip. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.
