*House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

The house is new in style typical of the Island, in the gated community Ilhabela Greens, near the quiet beach of Veloso and the trendy Curral. It sleeps 4 people in the 2 bedrooms, with 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room. It is very well planned to provide views of the sea from the entire house. We hire high internet speed to make it possible to 'home office'.
