Casa Yacy cozy/functional!

Comfortable and safe, the beach house receives a lot of natural light, is airy with constant air renewal in all environments. Tranquility and comfort within a secure condominium with a 24-hour doorman. Featuring an incredible view of the sea and located on the same avenue as the island's southern beaches, the beach house is surrounded by a lot of nature. Our house has beach decor, new furniture and utensils. Close to the beaches: Praia das Conchas, Praia do Veloso and Praia do Curral.

Peace and tranquility, with comfort and harmony. Manô's house is on the ground floor of Casinha Caiçara. The owner's house is in front of it, separate, but on the same plot of land. Located in São Sebastião/SP, Studio-style small house in the back of the house. Entrance through the garage of the house (where we live) and independent corridor, without access to the interior of our house. Because it is on the second floor, it is very airy, has a kitchen and bathroom, cable TV and Wi-Fi. In the outdoor area, there is a barbecue area and a third floor overlooking the sea. Located in an upscale neighborhood, no parking required.

Mr. Georges is Vitória They are extremely helpful, kind, all we need to respond quickly, on the women's day Vitória went to the house to greet us and took a box of chocolate, we were delighted! The house is charming, much better than the photos, a beautiful view, the space integrated with the barbecue, swimming pool and the house are wide, airy! All very clean, everything we need had in the house. We're already planning to come back!

The House is wonderful, with air-conditioning in all rooms, it practically has no bugs, Telma's Chalet practically has everything, you don't need to bring almost anything, the location is close to everything and easy to access, it has a wonderful pool and the hostess Telma is super polite and thoughtful. We love the house and we will definitely be back, not to mention that the beds are super cozy.

We had a great stay, we intend to return soon. The house is in a great location for those who like tranquility and at the same time enjoy bars and restaurants. Easy to access beach!! They offer additional services such as cleaning of rooms and bathrooms and also serve breakfast and lunch with great cost and benefit. Certainly my new vacation home. Gratitude to Carla for all the support, referral and communication from check-in to check-out. And to the caretakers Geovana and Elivelton who were super attentive to my family. The apartment is just like the photos posted, Mineia is an excellent host always ready to recommend places. The complex is very safe and is located in an area with very nice beaches. The island is beautiful. We hope to come back to finish touring it.

The cottage is a delight! Very well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, allowing meals both inside the chalet and in the private outdoor area. The structure also has a hoist that was very useful and a hammock on the upper floor, from where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The location is excellent, just 100 meters from a delicious beach, which has two great kiosks. In addition, it is close to everything, making it very easy to stay. The host, Arnaldo, is extremely attentive and answers any questions quickly. The cleaning of the chalet is impeccable and the environment is very beautiful and well taken care of. Ilhabela is simply wonderful and the home experience was excellent! We would definitely come back more often. The only observation is about the mattress, which we find a little soft for our taste – but that's a matter of custom. Overall, the stay at Arnaldo's cottage was well worth it!
