The house is great, has a good location among the best beaches in Ubatuba, giving you a walk or drive. The space is very clean, organized, and the mosquito net screens served us perfectly well. The internet is good in the house. We do not heat at any time, the fans are great. The kitchen utensils allowed us to cook, which was great for us.

Kelvia's space was extremely clean and very well equipped for our stay. Kelvia's mother was a lot of solicitation and cuts to receive us. We love everything, we feel at home!

Very good apartment, comfortable, clean, great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, good dishes, I loved it because it had a shower, for wet clothes. I just missed a pressure cooker, for those who will stay for more days, and need to cook. After all, we spent very good days. I'll be back next time, no doubt.

Great space! Maria Georgina is a lovely person, she answered all the messages quickly, helped us in everything we needed. Airbnb is a 30-minute walk from the old town, it's a very quiet walk because it's all safe there. The only problem we had was the lack of light, but it was something that affected the whole city because of the summer rains. Anyway, the house is perfect, totally clean and with everything you need! I highly recommend!!

Impeccable house, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, balcony exactly as it describes the ad. Privileged view of the marina and the sea. Illuminated and exploded sunsets. On our arrival we were surprised with cracked fruit, mineral water and nespresso coffee. The house super-equipped with all available appliances, dishes, ect. Bed linens of excellent quality and available for exchange. Every investment is worth. Patricia the attentive and available host. We had an inconvenience from the last day of our stay, they hit one of our cars that was properly parked in front of the house. We activated the hostess who promptly attended the site and provided all support so that we could continue the trip with the car (even if it were). The condominium support staff also helped in what was possible. But so far the condominium has not returned, nor has it spoken to identify the person responsible. In this regard, we did not find support for solution.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at a place owned by Rosa, and I couldn't help but share my experience. This place stood out for its tranquility, privileged location and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The noise of the city seemed distant, giving way to the singing of birds and the gentle murmur of nature. It is the perfect destination for those looking to rest and recharge their energies away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And still have the pleasure of meeting amazing beaches.

The house has a beautiful caiçara architecture and brings a pleasant feel when the windows are open. I felt transported to an old era of simple people. Lúcia received me affectionately and handed me the cleanest house of all the AirBNB's I have ever been. More than cleans - the house had a sense of well-being and gave it a taste of walking barefoot. The way from home to beach has a primitive charm, a feeling of the beginnings of a civilization. The village and the beach have this same charm. 03 days are good size for this tour.

We were from 2 to 5 January 2025 in 7 people, 6 adults and one child. House is exactly as advertised: clean, full of utensils for use, especially in the kitchen. All rooms have air-conditioning. Quiet and safe street. Very close to good beaches, 20 minutes from the historic center of Paraty (by car). The host was so helpful. The best we've ever had. City Council answered all questions very quickly and indicated options for nice walks and beaches. Thank you!

The house is very pleasant, we feel comfortable being at the back of the main house. The house is very close to the main square of the city. The city itself has many hills and we chose to do everything if you car what was also quiet. I recommend the house and if I can, I'm here again

great hosting! The access by car is a little complicated, especially if it is raining, so it may be better to leave the car at the entrance so as not to take risks.

It was an excellent stay. Ana and Alcir are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to help us. The place is sympathetic and safe as well. Although we had houses nearby, being in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleaning and organization. Worth a lot and I will recommend it to my friends.

The house was clean, the location was good, Mariana was very kind and gave good tips, house almost foot in the sand, and had markets near, to go to the center, on foot of about 20 minutes, so I believe that I'll go by car and leave it in the pocket that you have in Paraty, be the best option, then you can walk quietly down the historic center. But the very good house, has air-conditioning, is good utensils in the cooking. Thank you Mariana everything is cool!

When contemplating our stay in Angra dos Reis, I want to highlight the attentive search for an apartment that provided not only comfort, but also an airy atmosphere, ideal for my family during the golf tournament and the birthday festivities of a dear friend. ☺️ While we enjoyed this experience, we identified subtle areas that could be refined. Relax in a tranquil environment, surrounded by lots of greenery and wake up to the sound of birds, enjoying a comfortably building structure via reconstruction. So were my days at Almir and Gisele's chalet for the end of the year. I'll be back more often ! Would recommend

the stay was wonderful, we like it a lot. jussara was super attentive the place very quiet, the only thing that got a little bad but I imagine that due to the rain tbm was the terrain that has to get to the place because of this we ended up staying only on the beach of ubatumirim and not going to other beaches as we would have liked because of the car, but it was also wonderful.
