I stayed in the Cristiano space with my wife my little daughter and my dogs and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were all neat and clean and were very comfortable. The house is wide open and receives a lot of light. The house is equipped with soap, jampum and conditioner in all the bathrooms, which makes it much easier, as we don't have to take anything. Likewise bedding, blankets are also available. We don't even have to use the air conditioning, as the house is very cool. The house is a short walk from the beach that even my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter could do. The site is great for cycling as well and all beach amenities such as chairs, strollers, children's toys are available. Cristiano was always very helpful, very polite and very attentive to our demands, which we appreciate.

We were greeted by Tainá, who showed us the accommodation of the house, very neatly tidy and clean. It also gave us tips for places to know in Paraty. I'll be back soon!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Comfortable house, clean, cozy decor, kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Well organized pool area and spacious for family lunch. We'll be back soon!

Our stay was very good! A Bel from the start was very attentive, kind and welcoming. We have given all the instructions in a well explained way. As for the accommodation is very clean, well decorated and cozy. Excellent location with everything nearby, we came to take a day and walk to the centrinho in the late afternoon to enjoy the shops on the main street. The nearby markets and other trades as well. If we return to Paraty, we will definitely stay with Bel again.

The Accommodation is very good and meets the expectations of those who travel to Trindade. It has a structured kitchen, fans, mosquito screens on some windows. One detail is the staircase: For someone with mobility difficulties can be a bit complicated, however, there is a bed on the floor below the mezzanine that can serve this purpose. The house is very close to the beach, Trindade is very small, so everything is very close: Bakery, restaurants, markets, pharmacy. I need to talk here about Fabinho, the host, very helpful and an extremely good guy, has taken care of everything we need. One detail is that, because of a problem in the street wiring, we were without power for a night, but as the electricity company was taking time to resolve, Fabinho went after solving the problem in a particular way, which feels a lot of points with guests. I highly recommend.

We like staying in Fernanda's accommodation, it's worth it. Very good Value Cunha is strategic, we passed in Aparecida and then we went to Paraty, Lagoinha and São Luiz Paraitinga . Would recommend it.

The house is very pleasant, we feel comfortable being at the back of the main house. The house is very close to the main square of the city. The city itself has many hills and we chose to do everything if you car what was also quiet. I recommend the house and if I can, I'm here again

The house is very beautiful, comfortable, inside the forest, impressive. Great for bringing kids. The deck is special for diving and kayaking, not to mention the hospitality of the boatman Toninho and Ninha. The turtle dweller gives a special charm!

We love staying at Gunter's house! He was a darling, quiet, answered the messages quickly and welcomed us very well. The house is beautiful and cozy, quiet, with a very tasteful decor!! Two-bedroom lamp and living room, I love! It has a luminaire on the headboard of the double bed, which makes it easy to read a book before bed. Cafeteira, kitchen items, there was nothing missing. Now, the backyard, I was delighted with the landscaping!! With a hammock and table for a breakfast listening to the birds singing. My two P-sized puppies also loved the backyard and were very happy with the space. The pool is beautiful and very well taken care of. As for the location, it is close to two supermarkets, pharmacy on the corner, gyms, bakery, all with walks of a few minutes. To the historic center, it takes about 15 minutes on foot. Thank you very much for the cozy stay!!

We had an excellent family Christmas, an amazing place, large and with an excellent leisure area. Even in the rain we can enjoy and have an amazing experience! Thanks Leliane and Ney for every reception with my family and for being always available to help. We'll be back for sure!

Extremely clean, organized and equipped house, a real whim that gives you the taste of staying! It is very close to the beach, about 3 minutes walking, and arriving on the beach already has a bar to settle that serves portions and etc. The amenities of the house were impeccable, swimming pool, barbecue, refrigerator, freezer, minibar, tv, air conditioning, ALL working perfectly and in excellent condition. Comfortable, smelling bedding, like new ones. I was really surprised, experience unparalleled. The host Fernando is very kind and responsive I just have to thank you!

Casa as shown in the listing. Clean, spacious and very comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to the city, allowing easy access to shopping centers and the famous historic center, without difficulties or delay (considering car travel). As for the hostess, Sara was very attentive to our needs, polite and flexible. Whenever I needed to get in touch, I was promptly answered.

We had a lovely stay at this house with extraordinary charm. It looks even more beautiful than the pictures and is incredibly well-maintained. Unfortunately the rather rainy weather did not allow us to enjoy Paraty and its surroundings as we would have liked.

The site is truly a tranquillity and was ideal to move away from the urban chaos, uniting an environment in the middle of nature and a few km from the beach. My 2-year-old daughter loved to throw corn for chickens and food to fish. The high point of the site is Cris and Érico. They are a very friendly couple and are super helpful with everything. In our stay it rained a lot, but very much, and we couldn't enjoy the beaches very much. But Cris offered to stay there two more days and we took two beautiful days of sunshine! We love the stay!

We had a lovely time in this atypical secluded accommodation surrounded by nature. very nice discovery! However, be mindful of water leaks during periods of heavy rain. Cairo was very helpful because there are quite a few mosquitoes in the area! We'll be happy to go back!

Local is exactly like the listing our friend Carlos is a helpful person and helps us in everything that is necessary! place surrounded by mountains and close to the best beaches of Paraty... Sensational cost benefit!! The best was our neighborhood we were lucky... Just families, which was very top of our coexistence! For those looking for a nice place as an affordable value... It's worth it!!

I go to Paraty often and do not know the Jabaquara neighborhood. I really liked it. By car it is very close to the Historical Center arriving by Portal. Even on peak days it was easy to park. The description of the house is reliable to the advertised. Equipped kitchen, good rooms and impeccable cleaning. Communication with Jair was excellent. I'll be back for sure. Perfect accommodation! The house is beautiful and really true to the comments and photos! Fully equipped in every room with quality items and utensils. We are worried because we have allergic rhinitis and we bring our linen. It was simply unnecessary! Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The high point of the house is the deck, in which we were able to relax on the hammock and have breakfast watching the woods, the birds and curious marmoset monkeys eating bananas. We don't even talk about access to the waterfall! The trails are extremely easy, fast and quiet to reach the river and enjoy a whole day in the waterfalls. At night we were able to see the fireflies and sleep to the sound of the river's waters. Anyway, we recommend it to everyone and we certainly have plans to return soon! Renata and Collin are top hosts and we are grateful for all the hospitality, kindness, preparation and care for everything! We wish you a lot of prosperity in this magical and enchanted place! Local very nice, the room is simple, but very cozy, it has an amazing view, the hammock on the balcony is addictive, the noise of the sea is wonderful, I will return for sure !!!

Suely was very kind and attentive at all times. The house is very clean and with the kitchen very well-equipped.

Our stay once again was amazing, whenever we go to Ubatuba we stay at Sandra's space, it should be our sixth stay! Clean, cozy and very quiet place! We love it so much and our little dog too!
