Monthly Rentals in Île Verte, Grenoble

Very clean and very nice apartment, everything is set up to feel good. Very good communication and very responsive. The only downside is parking. It is not easy to park according to the time you arrive but we quickly forget once in the apartment. I would recommend it.

I couldn't be happier with my stay! 1. The ideal location for students and professionals in Grenoble; right in front of Île-Verte, tram stops nearby, 20 minutes walk to the train station or Chu/UGA health campus. 2. The apartment is ideal for a longer stay, like a student exchange;) Everything is there; kitchen essentials to small details (Nespresso machine or built-in speaker)! The apartment is carefully decorated, the furniture in excellent condition, enough storage and THE WINDOWS! Brightness is comforting to take in the great view of the mountains! 3. Bruno and Nicole are outstanding hosts! They made me feel at home from our first exchanges! Their attention to arrival really put a balm in my heart (welcome at the train station, visit of the apartment, gift of a bottle of wine). They respond very quickly via text and the lingerie service is just a plus! I recommend WITHOUT HESITATING!!!

This was the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. The apartment is very central, with lots of local amenities and a tram stop very nearby if you want to go further afield. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious with lots of natural sunlight, tasteful decor and it's fully equipped with everything you'd need. Possibly the best part of my stay was having such great hosts. Thierry, Olivia and Kevin were a dream to meet and made me feel so at home. They are responsive, super kind and very accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough, you've got to see for yourself! :)
