The stay was wonderful. The Host, D. Tatiana always very available and requests. D. Tânia, also very request and kind. The house is very comfortable and has very much lived up to our expectations. Well equipped, had everything we had before. The whole family loved the space. The game room was successful! We will definitely go back again and again.

The stay was excellent, from check in to check out. Very quiet neighborhood and we were welcomed by the help, which was very hospitable with us and was always available when we needed it. We did not come across surprises, the house really conforms to the information contained in the listing and we enjoyed the days we were there with peace of mind. Cauby is attentive and always available for guidance and clarification of possible doubts. It is well worth taking a few days of rest in the Vila Velha refuge.

The house was much better than we could have imagined. The beach front to the house is wonderful and very empty, we feel half-owners of the place hahahahahahaha the house is very airy and spacious, the kitchen is super complete, the barbecue area is perfect for parties and the air-conditioned rooms make all the difference at bedtime. We will definitely be returning to this house!

Beautiful and super cozy little house. Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. Just go down and walk a few meters to enjoy a beautiful sea and a super reserved place to enjoy with the family. Communication with Meire and Tainá was also great. Super kind and gave us all the necessary support. I highly recommend it.

We spent almost 2 months and we love the apartment! Spacious, of course, super ventilated (including a lot) and complete with everything you need to stay comfortably for long periods. The Áurea was also very quick in solving what we need. The location is great, already at the beginning of the Graces, with a hortifruti/mini-market on the side, and extremely close to the Parque das Graças, which is excellent for hiking. The driveway is really narrow and we had a bit of difficulty (Nissan Kicks, bigger cars don't really recommend). We work remotely and the internet worked perfectly. The apt is all screened, but I think it's legal to point out that, due to the size of the plot, it serves the safety of children, but not of a cat. I highly recommend the apt of Steven and would stay there again if I return to Recife!

Gabriel's apartment corresponds to the pictures. It is organized, clean, cozy, good bed, hot shower. We don't miss anything. The condominium has a leisure area, we use the swimming pool. Communication with Gabriel was good. The towels we were not finding, he promptly replied that they were in the dresser of the single room. Points of improvement, the check in was a little time consuming, more by the internal organization of the condominium, which we did not have an employee to tell us what the block was and to free the entrance for us. But we talked to Gabriel and we went back to the girl at the gatehouse, who solved it for us. And in the kitchen, the outlet point is high and we couldn't use some utensils there, as the wire did not reach. And the pans are worn out, releasing teflon hints in the preparations. If we stay in the region again, we will definitely look for Gabriel's AP again. Thank you!

We spent a few days in the chalet and it was really cool. The kids had a lot of fun. Everything is very quiet. Organized and clean. The only difficulty was sleeping, as they had roosters close by who sang a lot in the morning, which bothered. But the rest was great. We were greeted by Suely, always kind and very receptive.

Everything perfect, I just missed a microwave and a protection on the balcony grids. I have a small dog and they passed in the spaces that had between the bars. But otherwise everything is perfect

There is bakery, market, restaurants, gym, you can walk to the waterfront and the playground of good travel. The apartment is very well equipped.
