Ideal for fans of bullfighting given the proximity to the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Also noteworthy is the short distance to the Teatro de la Maestranza. Ideal for visiting Seville during Semana Santa and just fifteen minutes from the Feria de Abril venue. The loft has a spacious open living room with high ceilings and an integrated kitchen. All in all, a comfortable place to rest in a strategic location. The loft has two exclusive access courtyards for our guests. We have a crib and highchair available for children. It will be me, the owner of the Loft who will receive you and deliver the keys and explain the services they have at their disposal. The loft is located in the Arenal neighborhood, a quiet and traditional neighborhood, just three minutes from the Cathedral, with many restaurants and terraces that will delight our guests. Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.
