What a lovely flat! A truly unique space with all the amenities needed, very close to the old town. The living room is very spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom was perfectly cozy. Would absolutely book again!

We had a lovely weekend, the apartment was clean and spacious, we were a couple with our dog and we didn't feel cramped. Very well located, close to the historic center, and yet very quiet because it is located at -1 of the building. Small terrace that still adds calm and privacy. Access to underground parking is really a plus as the city center is not easily accessible by car. We left it parked and done everything on foot. Thanks a lot

We loved Andy’s place! Super clean, welcoming, nicely decorated, beds comfy and unbeatable location! It had everything we needed. My girls loved having their own room. Definitely a jewel for a lovely place like Canterbury

Tim was a lovely host, very responsive and made me feel at ease and ready for our weekend in Rye. It’s a great house, a perfect size for us as 2 adults, 2 children + dog. There are lots of games and books provided and there’s a nice big park opposite with a playground. We particularly enjoyed the cat cafe which is just at the end of the street. And everything is in walking distance. A great location. We had a wonderful time.

Tomoaki's house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was walkable from the station along the seafront, close to Turner Contemporary, and close to a number of good restaurants and cafes - the cafe right next door was fantastic for brunch and coffee. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

Our recent stay at the Bainden was quite nice. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very spacious, providing a comfortable environment for us. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, offering a perfect way to unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to anyone seeking a getaway.

Nicely presented, clean, and very spacious house. A little bit away from town/beach, but perfect base for friends/family with decent size rooms and plenty of reception space. Highly Recomended host.

A great flat well situated. It’s less than 10mins walk to Hastings train station and 5 mins walk to the sea. Local surroundings include ‘The American Grounds’ a great collection of cool independent cafes, bars and shops. The flat is great; within a row of terrace houses with lots of old charm. Packed with tech gadgets to make the stay easy and fun! My girls enjoyed asking Alexa to raise the blinds, play music and more. Lots of character too. A great little garden which was perfect for our dog to use - but too cold for us I’m afraid. Dan was wonderful and very accommodating considering our last minute booking. He was very generous with food and drinks in the flat - we did help ourselves to a bottle of Prosecco! (Thanks Dan!). He was also very flexible with check in and out times - greatly appreciated! A great stay - can’t beat the location!

Cosy modern and homely right on the coastal walking path. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Nic is a great host, left excellent instructions, is friendly and shared her beautifully decorated space with us.

Decided to take a quick christmas holiday break with my family and coming to this place was perfect. Decorated all Christmassy made it feel like home-from-home. Kitchen provided full amenities to cook with, with everything closed on Christmas day. Sat in a perfect location to be around on such short notice with everything nearby, and the sea right in front of you for a view. Anna was really pro-active and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Seascape. The flat is beautifully presented and in easy walking distance of everything you could wish for. Sea view was lovely shame it wasn't sunny while we were there. Host was very responsive and offered an early check in. Would definitely stay here again

The apartment is fantastic- very well equipped, spacious rooms and lovely kitchen and bathroom. There are a lot of stairs but this was flagged so was expected. The beds were comfortable and at a different time of year (we went in January) the terrace would have been a great bonus. It was very welcoming and looked just like the photos. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting family living a couple of streets away and it is great for proximity to a beach and the centre of town was easily walkable. Parking was fine on the street, and the apartment block itself is smart and well maintained. We had a great stay and the hosts were helpful, providing excellent information. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
