Really lovely stay! The location is beautiful and the property is perfectly set up. Larissa was very helpful, answering any queries quickly and in a really friendly and useful manner. I’d highly recommend this to anyone, whether you need a quick overnight stop or a longer stay in the stunning British countryside, you won’t get much better than this!!

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a faultless, beautiful and relaxing destination then this is the place to be! Couldn’t fault anything and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No doubt we will be back again. Hot tub looking at the stars was so tranquil and well needed. Place itself with the decor and cleanliness were great. So homely and warm. Thank you Aimee

The cottage is clean, welcoming and quaint, with a log burner and beautiful Christmas tree glistening in the corner. We felt right at home straight away. There are plenty of games and things to do in the house to keep the guests entertained. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. It is the perfect place for relaxing and cosy winter getaway.

A little piece of heaven. We arrived to the warmest of welcomes from Peter who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cottage is beautiful with lovely views of the countryside and sea in the distance The hot tub was pristine and at a perfect temperature and a joy to sit in even in the rain looking at the stars. The pool was a lovely bonus and we enjoyed using it several times. It is big enough to have an enjoyable seim and a good temperature . Having sole use is a rare commodity. We have already booked to come back and can’t thank Peter and family enough.

Lovely spotless place. The enclosed garden was good and safe for the dogs. The hot tub was lovely to come back to in the evening. The welcome pack was amazing and the cottage was decorated lovely. It has given me ideas for my own home. It was great being able to park outside the door. We will definitely recommend to friends and family. The cottage is an ideal base to visit many attractions in the area. And the local take aways deliver so no need to cook.

Lovely stay in beautiful countryside property. Great for dog walking and sight seeing. Host was very helpful & provided clear instructions to find the location. No issues whatsoever.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

Really gorgeous place, down a path off the road. A little hard to find but Lynda's directions were spot on. I parked on The Broadway which was easy to get to the lane and cottage. Super warm and cosy, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was like a cloud and the secure front garden was great to let me dog out and sniff about safely! Will be back!

Beautiful English cottage! Would absolutely stay again. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The sofas are comfortable. Cosy fire. Kitchen was fully stocked for coffees and hot chocolates. Some welcome nibbles, wine and milk was a beautiful touch. And fabulous Greek restaurant right next door.

We would like to say a big thank you. We had a fantastic weekend stay at this property. The garden was 100% safe for our dog and we found it nice and quiet, surrounded by nature and orchards. Mark had left lots of leaflets showing what's going on in the area, and was very kind to recommend places to visit and eat/drink. The accommodation was designed and decorated with alot of thought and attention to detail, to establish a very comfortable stay. We will certainly be visiting again.

Had a great stay at Dani’s cottage, a great location, a short walk to the beach, the local pub and shop. Also for those who do not drive, the property is located a 5 minute walk from the bus stop to Rye station. The house was lovely and well looked after, had everything you would need to feel right at home. Highly recommend and will definitely return 😊

We loved our New Year’s stay at Nicky’s beautiful cottage. It was stunning inside and walking distance to Whitstable High Street with all the restaurants and shops. The garden was secure and perfect for my two dogs.

A lovely few days at Hazel cottage. The cottage was clean, light, very peaceful and it had everything we needed to make it a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the garden, some lovely walks along the North Downs Way with some very nice lunches at pubs along the way. I felt very comfortable allowing my dog to roam around the garden, which was very secure - he met his first hedgehog there l. Claudia and her partner were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Fischer’s cottage is a wonderfully tranquil getaway in a beautiful part of Kent. The cottage was very comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen and a magnificent wood burning stove in the living room to keep us cosy on a slightly chilly Summer evening. The garden was a delight and allowed our two-year old daughter a great space to play. We even made use of the BBQ and outdoor wood-burning stove. D was so helpful with directions, recommendations of where to visit and which pubs and restaurants to eat at. We would certainly come back again.

Just returned from a lovely stay in this barn. Beautiful location despite all the rain and wind, still managed to get out and see some local places. Very comfortable accommodation, immaculately clean and a great host, would highly recommend if visiting this area

We had a fabulous time at Jo’s Jo was extremely attentive and responded immediately. So many great touches like coffee, tea, orange juice and eggs. The area and the view are absolutely stunning, honestly the pictures do not do justice compared to when you are there!!!

absolutely stunning. took my mum and older kids for a family weekend for a Christmas present. the cottage is cosy and just so cute. it has something for everyone my son's watched sky movies in the open plan kitchen.I drunk wine with mum in the beautiful cottage lounge and relaxed. we all enjoyed the hot tub and views. cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate in the conservatory. The bath was a absolute perfect end to the day before falling in to a very comfortable bed. in my room I had sky TV so everyone had enough space if needed. it's a absolutely hidden gem and very private with stunning views and well kept garden. tenterden is only 10 mins drive where there's restaurants, pubs and a large tesco. the cottage is so perfect we didn't need to go out and seek things to do. if I could rate this beautiful air BNB I would give it 6 out of five but I can only give it five out five . thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful home 🙏🏻❤️

We really enjoyed Jackie’s place and felt right at home. The shower was lovely, the bed was comfy we slept very well. The dogs settled in quick and enjoyed the treats Jackie kindly left for them. The personal touches inside were a pleasant surprise. Thank you for having us.

My 14 year old and I had a fantastic time at Romy's place. We went on some fantastic walks. There are two on AllTrails that go right past the property. Romy was super helpful and welcoming. She also gave some good tips on walks and local pubs. We definitely plan to return.

It's the perfect place for a short break in Margate. I wish we'd booked for a couple more days.
