Monthly Rentals in Humboldt

Despite a winter storm blowing outside, the cabin was warm and comfortable. Lovely place to kick back with a book or a movie when the weather is howling outside. The kitchen is well stocked and I really like having a bathtub rather than just a shower. Tracy and Scott are right next door and responded very quickly to any inquiries we had. It’s nice that they accept pets, too. Manitou has a great dog park, but we didn’t go there this trip due to the snow. We will happily return to the cabin on another visit to Saskatchewan. Prairie Nest is a must if you are anywhere near the area. It is the perfect place to getaway. Shawna is more than welcoming and an extremely responsive, friendly host. Usually when staying away from home, life is disrupted, nobody sleeps, have to eat out lots, no space, etc. Well not here. It is absolutely beautiful. With 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and 1.5 bathrooms with kitchen appliances and staple pantry type items and drinks awaiting in the fridge for their guest arrival, life is not disrupted. It truly is a home away from home. Everybody had their own place to sleep, lots of space so nobody was tripping over each other, large dining table with extra seating available at kitchen countertop/bar. Shawna's attention to detail definitely does not go unnoticed. We will definitely be booking in for future stays.

I've now stayed with John twice and so I can say both times we're consistently wonderful. They're responsive, accommodating, polite, and clean. The important things that some people overlook were all taken care of. The driveway were cleared of snow, for example. The extra special touches were amazing. There was a Christmas tree up and they had something waiting for us that we forgot there last time. Truly feels like family.
