Villa holiday rentals in Hudson Valley

If you're looking to rent your own amusement park then look no further this place was absolutely amazing! My entire family took advantage of every part this house had to offer whether it was the basketball net, ping pong, karaoke machine, foosball table, the heated floors, the comfy beds, the kitchen amenities, the gym, the massage chair, the sauna. we loved it all! Not to mention it was in the perfect location for our trip. We will definitely be coming back again and hopefully again and again. Oh and the windows were amazing as was the comfy living/tv area!

Our family had a great stay at AK Lodge, Justyna's place. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, super clean, well stocked kitchen, and a short drive to skiing. We loved that 11 of us could eat at the same table at once. Justyna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would rent this lodge again as there is plenty of space to spread out.

We had a wonderful Hudson Valley stay at this property. Our grand-daughters loved sleeping together in the bedroom with two double beds; and my wife and I, plus our two daughters and their husbands enjoyed good nights of sleep in the three bedrooms containing a double or queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped; and the huge living room with large dining table was perfect for the children to play, the adults to relax, and all of us to eat. The artwork in the house gave it character, the views of the Hudson River were a treat, and the location was great for visits to Storm King Art Center and Legoland NY. The email which I brought along from AirBnB had the correct street, but the wrong numerical address; however, AirBnB promptly helped us find the correct address and helped us get into the house. Of all the houses which we have rented for family weekends, this was absolute the best one.

I feel like there is so much to say about my stay. For starters the location, very peaceful and private. The pictures are exactly what you would expect and the home is very accommodating. The host is consistently available and able to address any concerns as they arise. The home was very clean when we arrived and the check-in instructions we precise and detailed. All of the amenities were wonderful and I am ecstatic to revisit to see what things look like in the fall and I am grateful that I was able to spend my 30th birthday here

This is now the second time my soccer team and I have stayed at Katie’s property. Just like last year it was perfect! We did miss the paddle boat, but we assumed it was put away for the winter. Nonetheless the property, the home, everything was great. We’re excited to book it again next year for our soccer tournament.

Was excited to find that the pictures were exactly what we experienced. It is a beautiful home that is clean, spacious and easy to get to. Upon check-in, we had a small issue, but after contacting the host Sourove, he handled it immediately and was resolved within one hour. He was Super responsive and timely overall. Marking this as a home that I will absolutely return to!!

We had a really nice stay at Steven's place! The space worked really well for our big group. Handicap accessibility is important for us, and so everything being on one floor was a big plus; and the bathrooms were pretty ADA-friendly, with grab bars and shower seats (there are steps on the walkway to get in, fyi, if that's a concern for you). The view was really beautiful! It's pretty remote and it worked out for us since we were planning to spend most of the weekend inside anyway, but the area is very rural. The space was great for a big crowd--big kitchen, full dining table, etc. The hosts kindly provide towels, sheets, and some basics, but would recommend bringing your own supplies for any other basics you want to be sure you have. The kids in our group loved the game room and the tv room, and the pool was a big hit! We also went out to the Seminary Hill Cidery while we were there, and it was lovely!

I recently stayed at this mid-century oasis in the Hudson Valley on a family getaway from New York City. One of the highlights was the impeccable design—stunning architecture paired with thoughtfully curated interiors and furnishings by the owners truly set the tone. We felt like we were at a luxury spa (especially with the soaking tub and hot tub). The property is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and easily accessible by car or train + Uber (15-20 min ride from Beacon and 10–15 min from New Hamburg stop). The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of extra sheets, towels, and amenities. The surrounding area is absolutely magnificent—lush wooded forests and a snowy landscape that made the hot tub experience truly unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly responsive, providing great local suggestions and even recommending a private chef who delivered a spectacular dinner. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing and memorable escape.

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

What a great house. Has everything you need. Beautiful lakefront property with excellent views. Christianne was easy to get in touch with and responded within minutes. Was cozy with lots of lighting. Would definitely recommend.

Jenny’s home was really clean and had fun details like the movie theatre, fire pit, and bar for all ages to enjoy. It’s close to Kalahari which we had so much spending the day at and horseback riding, escape rooms, a charming candy store and much so more.

Overall we had great experience at the house. The inner decorations were cozy and comfortable, and the design was awesome! The host was responsive when the new door lock had some issues. 100% recommend staying at this house!

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable home in New Paltz. We were nine family members, ages 6-75, who enjoyed four days here after our son’s wedding. It was the perfect place to decompress from a very exciting and magical wedding weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable with a number of areas to relax and enjoy- indoors and out. The pool was a lot of fun, and the house was well provisioned and nicely decorated. It was a rare treat to find a rental house that included basic supplies such as spices, pantry staples like flour and sugar, etc. Ken was an amazing host, very responsive if we had a question and provided a great list of local resources and recommendations that was very helpful. New Paltz is a fun town with a number of good restaurants and more to do in the area than we could manage in four days. Highlights included a day trip to Storm King (fabulous!) and another day to Hyde Park where we visited the Roosevelt homestead and Vanderbilt mansion.

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

It was spectacular house, beautifully maintained, and restored to its historic beauty. Lake George is beautiful and the village of Bolton Landing is charming. Plenty of room for 11 of us to make meals and have fun together. My only complaint was that it was in the middle of a construction site – with noisy machinery and workers all around the house. Sunday was quiet. However, we tried to focus on the beauty of it – and Kim, the hostess, did everything she could to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend the house – just check on the status of the construction first.

Paola and Angie were really responsive and helpful when it came to checking in and were really nice to accommodate our big family! We loved the pool and hot tub and the home was really nice! Definitely recommend for families! Love the washing machine with automatic soap dispenser as well! Very nice big place to enjoy with the family!

We had an excellent experience… best way for our family to spend summer vacation. The home was a perfect fit for all 6 of us in terms of space and layout. We enjoyed the porch, pool , lake and all town had to offer. We will be back. Thank you, Michelle for being an excellent host !!!

My husband and I stayed for a month and we had a fantastic stay. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and easy to work in. The property is so peaceful and serene. We spent most of our time by and in the pool and it was so relaxing. Summer was an amazing host, always responding within just a few minutes.

We are a big family (over 10) and this house was perrfect!, very warm inside when it felt like 1°F outside. the house very spacious, clean, nice decorations, like brand new, had everything we needed to entertain us adults and our 4 kids. I highly recommend it, Rads our Host always so proactive and very quick to answer any questions, we loved our stay, thank you.
