Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Hudson Valley

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

Bae’s place was beautiful &spotless. My family and I felt right at home. It was in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants. She was very sweet, helpful & responsive. We will definitely be back next time.

Loved this place. Very clean. Workers in building were very friendly. I’m a runner and building had great workout room. Great since it was too cold outside. Comfortable bed and well furnished/supplied.

We loved our stay! The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is spacious and luminous, great bathrooms and plenty of towels, and big closets with plenty of space making it very convenient for longer stays like ours. Well equipped kitchen where we could cook our meals with ease. Good coffee places nearby, as well as grocery store and drugstores. Loved the common areas as well, we made good use of the outdoor barbecue. Very convenient parking within the building. We highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in NJ. Front desk was very kind and helpful.

This is was the second time we stayed in Shawn’s unit, we love it! The linens are lovely, the bed comfortable, the space is bright and open and spotless. The building is quiet and easy to enter and exit, elevators are big enough for you and your luggage! The parking lot across the street is secure and easy to access, it’s a bonus to be able to see the pit from the apartment. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a plus. Shawn is responsive and professional. I recommend this property without hesitation and will book whenever I’m in Newark. Thank you for your hospitality Shawn!

It was a wonderful stay at Kritof's condo. He gave us a thorough check in instructions which made check in very easy. He even let us know the place was available earlier for check in which was nice. The condo was nice and clean with everything stocked and available. We had a great time skiing at Mountain Creek Ski resort. Thank you for a comfortable, relaxing stay!!

Everything was just as described. The additional amenities (pool, etc) were easily accessible. Julia was super informative and responsive. Her instructions/jnformation were spot on, so we knew exactly what to expect. Would definitely return!

Andrew’s description and check in instructions were extremely detailed. Host was very easy to contact/communicate with and very accommodating. Clear instructions for check in/out, how to get to unit and how to ski in ski out. Unit description and photos are accurate. I would consider staying here in the future again.

Stayed over Presidents’ Day weekend with a total of 4 adult guests. Condo is perfect with everything you need. Extremely close to the Mount Snow ski resort and access to Moover Van. Rafael was available to us during our stay and was extremely helpful particularly when the weather got worse with a big storm. Would definitely recommend the condo but also to rent from Rafael and Janice. We ate at Snow Republic Brewery, Maple leaf Tavern, Saw Mill Bar and Table and Valley View Saloon. We highly recommend them all but note that Valley View Saloon has large portions.

We had a great stay at Paul’s place. Loved the ski on/ski off aspect. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Paul was very quick to respond with any questions we had, he was a great host!

Henry was an excellent host and immediately got right back to me. The Condo was ABSOLUTELY Beautiful, very clean, relaxing, everything was just PERFECT. We spent time in the hot tub and the location was GREAT. Henry is Highly Recommended, and we can't wait to go back.

Perfect little place to enjoy Mount Snow. Our family of 4 were very cozy in the space, and both the pullout and murphy bed were comfortable. Tons of attention to detail from the thoughtful decor, to all the little conveniences, to the labeled and organized kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could possibly need. Very easy to get to the magic carpet which leads right to the main base. Will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful home that we so enjoyed staying in! It was a quick drive to town, had beautiful amenities and spaces to sleep and live in. We loved the porch setting and all of the plants in the living rooms! Several of the guests in our group talked about visiting again and staying in the same place

Our family had a beautiful, peaceful ski/snowboard vacation at Samantha’s home. The house was exceptionally clean and Samantha was an attentive host. We’ll hopefully visit again!

Not only was Marcella friendly and responsive but this is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen. I love the interior design of this home, I felt like I was in a Nancy Meyers movie. Beautiful home!!!! Even more stunning in person.

The neighborhood was peaceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host, “Face,” was outstanding—always available, responsive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Honestly, this stay deserves more than a 5/5 rating. I’ll definitely become a regular guest every time I visit New York!

We were a group of 6 couples who spent a weekend at Kathleen's house. Everything was top-rate; 6 comfy bedrooms, a great open living area for talking and hanging out; a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen for group meals, and with a dining table large enough to accommodate all of us; a lovely neighborhood for walks, and a very short drive into downtown Saratoga Springs for walking, shopping and restaurants. Kathleen was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and communications in all other respects were great. I can't think of a single negative to say, and would return in a heartbeat (and hope to do so next year).

Kristy's place was cozy and welcoming. It snowed a good bit on 2 of the days we stayed, but someone was there to clear the drive and sidewalk each time. The picture window on the front of the house was the best for birdwatching at the feeder that the host kept filled! This home is private and extremely clean. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. There are soaps, shampoo, hairdryer and even Charmin in the bathrooms. The space worked well for our aunt in a wheelchair also. Overall we just can't say enough good things about this property and owner!

Brendan is a pleasure to work with. He is a natural host and made our stay comfortable and gave us all the info that we needed. I look forward to visiting this house again! I recommend this host and home to all.
