Monthly Rentals in Hotham

A lovely little property in a beautiful unspoilt village. Everything we needed was provided. We had an enjoyable stay. Nic was very helpful and friendly throughout.

Lovely, clean well furnished cottage. Bed was really comfortable. Owner corresponded well. Not used to being on a main road, so struggled to get to sleep. I was told the motorway was closed so traffic was particularly busy as were rerouted through North Cave. A lovely walking area and the wetlands are great for a visit. Can recommend Hotham Arms for food and drink.

Upon arrival the cottage seemed even nicer than the photos. Wonderfully peaceful in a very desirable village a very cosy base.

Cosy and homely with everything we needed. Really comfy beds and bedding and everything clean and welcoming. Appreciated the treats and personal touches. Definitely dog-friendly. Very quiet despite being on the road with TESCO and two takeaways opposite - mega convenient! lots of lovely walks from the house as you'd expect with the Yorkshire Wolds and a nice little town for local shopping. We'd definitely come back here and we don't think that with a lot of Airbnbs we use! TV, log burner, wi-fi, kitchen stuff etc etc were all just the job and no problems. Plenty of hot water and heating whenever we needed it - no messing with timers or being chilly! Thanks for a great stay and hope to visit again!
