Exceptionally decorated and kept, spotlessly clean throughout. A classy well appointed accommodation worth every penny. 10/10 would go back.

The bothy is gorgeous - both the location and the bothy itself. It's beautifully quiet, totally dark, and utterly peaceful. The walk up from the car park is quite tiring with heavy bags - don't make the mistake we did and bring too many books! The hand cart provided made it a lot easier. Given that it's off grid we were surprised at how well kitted out it is - generous supplies of firewood, a good log burner, everything you need in the kitchen, a lovely soft bed. It was perfect for our dogs - with a small enclosed garden and a slightly larger enclosed paddock. We were able to give the dogs loads of space without worries. And the setting is just fantastic. Even in January, when we stayed, it's gorgeous: the snowdrops were out in large numbers and on the sunny days it's a warm sheltered spot. We absolutely loved it.

We loved staying in this historic home. Warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Helpful and friendly hosts. Bishops Castles is a magical place in December. like staying in a Christmas card. We will be booking again

Andrea, you have an amazing holiday home set up. Everything was just as described, close to many AONB (in our opinion) just a great little place, plus very saggy tail friendly. Everywhere you go our Charlie was warmly welcomed, all in all a lovely 3 night break. Thank you Andrea. 👌👌
