Monthly Rentals in Hondrich

We loved our stay at Andrea’s place although we arrived in the dark and we weren’t sure which place was hers as we couldn’t find a number. Andrea was very responsive and we weren’t able to settle in quickly. We used the 3 sledges at the accommodation to do the sledge run from Eiger Glacier to Kleine Scheidegg. Such great fun. The apartment is exactly as photographed and very clean and well-equipped. We were also thankful for the lovely treats and bottle of red Andrea left for us. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen has everything that you need. The living/dining space is not large but was fine for our little family of 2 adults and 1 teen. There’s also a small table and chairs in the kitchen. There’s shower has excellent water pressure but it’s in the bath which is quite high and may be a struggle to gin and out of for those with mobility issues. We could easily walk to the train station or catch the number 62 bus and jump off at Doren which is very close to Andrea’s place

This was the best place to stay I've stayed in a lot of places, but this was my first time staying in such a clean and well-equipped accommodation. The cleanliness was also clean, and the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and bedroom were all cleaner than most hotels, and the kitchen facilities were so convenient. There were really no kitchen utensils, coffee machines, coffee pots, wine glasses, etc., so if you come, you just need to bring the ingredients to cook. The bathroom was also so clean that I thought I was in a new house. The facilities and parking lot are really nice, and there is even an elevator. There's a washing machine, a dryer, and even a laundry detergent, so I turned on all the laundry. The bedroom also has a dressing table, closet, and plenty of hangers, and the hair dryer, laundry, and drying rack are perfect. There are so many outlets, but it's not 220v like Korea, so I need a transformer. However, they only provided 2 towels here, so I washed them with the towels I brought. And there are no tissues other than toilet paper. I think it would be nice if you could just provide extra towels and more tissues. Oh, I think it would be nice if you could provide slippers as disposable slippers because they provided slippers for other people. Also, it's a little disappointing that it's an accommodation that can only come by car. Apart from this, the check-in method and friendliness are perfect, so don't worry about making a reservation ^ ^

5 Stars! We absolutely loved the apartment! It was spotless, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were breathtaking, and the convenient access to public transport made exploring Spiez and the surrounding areas so easy. We’ll truly miss this beautiful place but hope to return one day. Highly recommend!

Werner and Suzy’s place is in a beautiful location near the lake. The room is comfortable, with a homely feel, and a prominent red and white Swiss check motif. From the train station to the house is a 10-15 minute walk, though it’s quite steep. It’s all downhill to get there, and there is a bus (a level 5 minute walk away) to and from the station, though only once an hour. Toiletries, laundry and some basic kitchen equipment provided. Although you are sharing the place with the owners, the room is completely private. Our favourite place was the two chairs out the front (shown in the listing picture), where you can look over to the lake, the castle and the mountains.
