I booked my stay at the last minute due to a change in plans, and Hilit was incredibly accommodating. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that my changing schedule was easily accommodated. I truly appreciated her flexibility, especially as my schedule was more fluid than usual. Her willingness to work with me every step of the way made the experience mutually beneficial, which I greatly valued. Hilit’s communication is exceptional—she is proactive, responsive, and follows up thoughtfully. It was exactly the level of communication I needed. The property is just a 7-minute walk from the shops and cafes in Forest Row, which made it the perfect spot for me. The walkability was ideal and exactly what I had hoped for. If you are planning a visit to Forest Row and are looking for a quiet, peaceful place that is still close to all the action, with wonderful hosts, I highly recommend staying here.

This is my first air b and b experience. Was very lovely, the property was easily accessible no problems with anything. Very cosy setting and as it was valentines they had left some chocolate hearts which was a lovely touch. When asked about turning the heating up they were very quick to reply and we came back to a very warm cottage. Would definitely recommend for a cosy night away. Close to the town also!

The property is beautiful and stylish, nestled in nature with green fields perfect for a walk or run. Louise, the host, was always available with helpful tips and suggestions. I’d recommend it if you’re looking to explore the surroundings and escape the city.

Sally is the host you dream of, she couldn’t be more kind, welcoming and supportive. I stayed with sally and Malcolm at the stables for 3 months. I was having home renovations and I am so grateful to have found sally and Malcolm. My main concern was keeping my kitties safe, and The stables offered the safe haven I was after. I even did a trial night at the stables by myself, thanks to Sally for being so accommodating, to see if it was safe and secure for the cats and I need not worry, it’s a fabulous place for all and their fluffy four-legged friends. It’s a beautiful and peaceful location. The stables itself is new, modern, and was the perfect space for us. I couldn’t thank Sally and Malcolm enough for their hospitality, kindness and support during my stay. I strongly recommend staying at the Stables. They’ve also got the barn if there’s more of you. You’ll have a peaceful and relaxing time, surrounded by nature. Thank you Sally and Malcolm for everything. We miss you already !!
